1 Fremantle Dockers Membership Department (08) Interactive Seat Map Guide Following the 2015 membership renewal period, there are a small number of seats available at Patersons Stadium. These seats will be offered to Fremantle Dockers members, based on their years of membership. Members will receive an with the link to the Interactive Seat Map (ISM) at least two days prior to your purchase period. If you need to update your address, please ensure you contact the Fremantle Dockers Membership Department. ISM Release Dates: 1. Inaugural and Harbour Master Members 9am Monday 9 February to 5pm Thursday 12 February 21 year and Harbour Master members ONLY to 20 year members 9am Friday 13 February to 5pm Tuesday 17 February to 15 year members 9am Wednesday 18 February to 5pm Friday 20 February 4. 5 to 9 year members 9am Monday 23 February to 5pm Wednesday 25 February 5. 2 to 4 year members 9am Thursday 26 February to 5pm Friday 27 February 6. 1 year members 9am Monday 2 March to 5pm Tuesday 3 March 7. General Public From 9am Wednesday 4 March Please note, Family and Companion members will need to purchase ALL seats through the Interactive Seat Map and contact the Fremantle Dockers Membership Team for a price adjustment and refund. Wheelchair and attendant s seats are NOT available through the Interactive Seat Map, please contact the Fremantle Dockers Membership Team for available bays.

2 Step 1 Login: To log in to the ISM, members will need their membership number or and your password. If you are unsure of your login details please contact the Fremantle Dockers Membership department. Step 2 Select your price range: Once successfully logged in select the price range by using the Pricing Options section on the left hand side. 3 Based on the price range selected, select any block that is blue in colour. Dark Blue indicates it is within the range selected Light Blue indicates it is close to the range selected Any blocks or areas of the ground that are grey in colour are not available. Step 3 Select Your Seat(s): Once a block has been selected it will bring up a seating plan of that block. Seats available will be highlighted in blue. Select the seat you wish to purchase and click. This will bring up the price options: Junior Concession Rookie Adult Select a pricing option. Please note that seats are not reserved until you proceed to the Shopping Cart.

4 If you would like to purchase additional seats, do so at this time by selecting the additional seats and proceeding through the options. Once you have selected all the seats click the Add to Cart button. Step 4 Shopping Cart: Once you have proceeded to the Shopping Cart you will have 20 minutes to finalise the transaction. Please confirm all details are correct, select Mail as the delivery option and press the Checkout button. Step 5 Add in member details: *This step is only applicable if purchasing multiple seats*. If a single seat has been processed, please proceed to Step 6. When purchasing multiple seats, please provide the full name and date of birth of all members. This will ensure that the membership cards are issued in each individual s name. Once the details have been entered, click the Save button.

5 Step 6 Payment: There are two payment options for 2015 Fremantle Dockers Reserved Seat Memberships. One-Off Payment Freo Advantage Payment Plan o Upfront One-off payment for 2015 membership. This will automatically roll over each year. o Monthly 10 monthly payments for 2015 membership. This will automatically roll over each year. A $5 administration fee will be applicable to each membership on the Freo Advantage payment plan. The monthly payment plan begins in November 2014 so catch up payments will be applicable. Enter credit card details and press Next Step to finalise. Please review your order and read the Terms and Conditions. Once you are happy that all details are correct tick the Terms and Conditions box and select Submit Order to process payment and secure the seat(s). Step 7 Confirmation: Once the payment has successfully been processed an Order Summary will be issued and a confirmation sent. Please keep these for your records. Your membership pack and card will be issued in the coming weeks and will be received before Round One of the 2015 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
