2 When was TYSABRI originally approved? The FDA approved TYSABRI for MS on November 23, When was TYSABRI approved for redistribution? The FDA granted approval to return TYSABRI to the market on June 5, 2006 What is the package size? TYSABRI is packaged as a 300mg per 15ml vial. What is the strength of the product? 300mg per 15ml vial Will there be an exclusive or preferred network? TYSABRI will only be distributed via dropship through TysabriDirect. We re a Wholesaler / Specialty Pharmacy, how can we purchase TYSABRI directly? Contact TysabriDirect at What are the qualifications for a wholesaler or SPP to sell TYSABRI? Wholesalers or SPPs need to contact TysabriDirect to request a Business Application. TysabriDirect allows any wholesaler that has filled out a Business Application and been approved by ICS to order product through TysabriDirect. 2

3 Can a Wholesaler order the product directly from Elan? No, product cannot be ordered directly from Elan. Can the product be drop shipped? TYSABRI is only available as a drop shipped product. Are there any sites that are not allowed to purchase TYSABRI? Only sites that have not been enrolled in the TOUCH program.
