Scope of application The following condition is solely applicable to the functions for seat reservation and online ticket in the Website. When using these functions, Passengers automatically accept and obey all instructions, terms, conditions and notes in the Website, including but not limited to the above-mentioned Using Condition. If passengers do not intend to buy ticket online or do not agree with any terms or conditions stipulated in the Using Condition, please STOP USING this function. 2. Conditions for using online ticket buying function a. Online ticket buying function is only used for personal and non-commercial purpose. It is impossible for passengers to modify, duplicate, disseminate, translate, display, announce, create hyperlinks, transfer or do business from the information, software, product or services available from online ticket buying function. b. Online ticket buying function will support Passengers in searching information and completing procedures to buy service product in the valid way. However, passengers are not permitted to access or use the Website if they abuse this function. In case there are any losses caused by violation of Website using condition, we have the right to suspend or lock passengers account forever. 3

Passengers must ensure that every information provided by you when using this function is exact and accurate. 3. Regulations on seat reservation a. It is possible for passengers to reserve seats for 4 people (newborn is not included) in each transaction. b. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by the adult at the departure time. c. Children under 6 years old are exempted from buying the ticket and share the seat with their accompanying adult. d. Children from 6 to 10 years old are discounted 50% of the ticket fare. e. People over 60 years old are discounted 20% of the ticket fare. f. Students and pupils are discounted 10% of the ticket fare. g. The ticket fare published in the Website is applicable for ticket buying transaction at the time of buying the ticket. h. Passengers reservation is only ensured when payment is completed. 4. Regulations on fees a. Total paid amount includes taxes and passenger insurance for the whole journey. b. In addition, VNR is not responsible for the fees which may arise under the policy of the card issuing bank. 5. Regulations on payment a. Passengers can select one of two payment methods: online or postpaid. b. In case of online payment, passengers may be requested to submit their payment card and relevant documents for cross reference when they get ticket at the station. In case of not submitting sufficient documents as requested, passengers will have to buy the new ticket or being refused to be transported. 4

5 c. In case passengers select Postpaid payment, passenger can make payment at VNR s station post office or agents. 6. Regulation on ticket return and transaction cancellation a. Passengers have the rights to change or terminate the transaction before paying the ticket fare at stations or ticket selling agents and units. In case passengers want to change or terminate the transaction after paying the ticket fare then the current fee regulated by VNR for returning and exchanging the ticket will be applied. b. In case VNR changes the timetable, passengers will be informed of the change through their registered address when buying ticket on VNR s Website. c. Passengers are not permitted to use online ticket buying function to illegally reserve the seat, keep empty seat or declare counterfeit information. b. Passengers are not permitted to: - Use online ticket buying function for ticket selling business purpose; or - Use online ticket buying function for illegal actions; or - Use online ticket buying function to cause obstacles for the access and use this function of other people. b.
