2 About Professional Security Magazine Professional Security Magazine has the largest circulation of any magazine covering the UK private security industry circulating some copies. Our readers come from the whole of the security industry covering end users, installers, manufacturers, distributors, consultants and product and service specifiers. Who should exhibit at Security TWENTY 19? Manufacturers Security Service Providers Distributors Physical Security Products Guarding Services Membership Organisations/Professional Bodies Monitoring Stations and Services Crime Prevention Services Charity Dinner On the evening before each of the Security TWENTY events, we host a Drinks Reception followed by a three course Charity Dinner at the hotel where everyone can relax and mingle with other attendees; all whilst we raise funds for local charities! Attendance to the Dinner is available either as part of the Dinner B&B package or on Dinner only basis. A special Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate is available for 170 per person (for a single occupancy double room) and Dinner only places are available at 55 per person. B&B only places are also available at 120 per person (for a single occupancy double room). You can even book a table of 10 for your exclusive use so that you can entertain customers on a private table. The cost for this is 600 and includes wine and beer. Throughout the evenings at each of our dinners, we raise funds for charities which have been especially nominated by our exhibitors and delegates. So far at the Security TWENTY events we have raised in excess of 60,000 for charity. 6 27-29 March Celtic Manor Resort, Newport Having organised events for several years now, we are often asked by suppliers, manufacturers, buyers and the like if we can arrange to put people together in one room at one time. As a provider of security products and services, you genuinely want to meet new people and network with potential customers ie people who genuinely are in the market for things new and innovative and have (if not right now) the budget to spend. You don t, however, want time wasters. In a word, you need a filter, to get to know just those potential customers that you want to know. So we bring you a special event that does just this. It will be for a handful of exhibitors to meet a carefully selected group of industry related people that either buy or recommend products and services; some will know each other whilst some will not. We appreciate that this needs to be a memorable and enjoyable experience for all concerned with a bit of work thrown in, so we chose a venue that can meet all expectations, deliver all of our needs and make the event special that being the award-winning Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales. On behalf of the Pelco team we would like to thank you for a great event! The organisation of the event was very slick, well done Liz. The scheduled meetings, we believe, will bring us a good return. We will meet on the evening of Wednesday the 27th of March where all of us will come together for a very informal drinks reception and barbeque. We have secured the Barbecue Terrace (pictured) which is enclosed with a large fire pit and heaters but more to the point, is exclusively for our use. The format is very good. The quality and calibre of the candidates was very high. A great mix of consultants, end users and integrators made for a very valuable event. Finally the event was very well organised and everyone we spoke with said it was of value to their business. One to rebook Vicky Brewin, Gallagher Day 2 starts after breakfast where we will arrange a morning of 30 minute appointments where you can discuss needs and solutions. We will then break for lunch after which those that wish to can play golf and if you are not a golfer there are a number of other activities available such as laser clays, laserquest and crazy golf that we will organise for you. Alternatively, if you would like to spend the afternoon catching up with work, that can be arranged. On the evening of 28th March, we will hold an exclusive black tie dinner where we will meet for drinks and then sit down for a relaxed networking dinner and award prizes for the activities taken place that day.

7 Day 3 again, after breakfast, we will arrange a further morning of appointments finishing at lunch time where you will be free to stay for lunch, go home or even stay on and enjoy more of the facilities. For your exhibition space, you have a private and enclosed room with no distractions and can engage in secure discussions. What you put in that room is up to you either equipment demos or presentation on laptop and banners etc. All of our attendees will be high level decision makers and influencers who have been specially selected. We want this event to be a great success for all our attendees so won t be wasting anyone s time! The plan is that even if you don t have an appointment with every delegate you should go away from the event knowing everyone who attended and hopefully having made some firm business connections. I thoroughly enjoyed the event and meeting the team from Professional Security Magazine. I know you were all working extremely hard but hope that you also found time to enjoy the social activities as we did. It was a great venue and very well organised. I found the meetings with the suppliers extremely useful and well planned, allowing enough time for introductions and an overview of their products and services.
