1 "RIDE 3 and Ducati Contest: win amazing Ducati prizes" CONTEST Project exempt from Italian Presidential Decree 430/01 pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, point 1(a) Milestone srl, with registered office in Milan via Olona 2, tax code and company registration number (hereinafter "Promoter") is organising the following Contest "RIDE 3 and Ducati Contest: win amazing Ducati prizes" which will take place from 6 August to 5 November The winners will be selected by 30 November 2018 This contest is organised in cooperation with Ducati Motor Holding company PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST IS FREE OF CHARGE AND NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. This activity is to be understood as exempt from the Italian regulation on Prize-Promotions, as it falls under grounds for exclusion referred to in letter a) paragraph 1 art. 6 of Italian Presidential Decree 430/2001. Promoted brands and contest objectives The aim of this project is to involve Participants on the Promoter company's Instagram page through an entertaining activity containing ideas and insights on the following topic: What being a biker really means to you. The idea should be suitable for the next media content related to the video game "Ride 3". Suitable Candidates This contest is aimed at final consumers with a public Instagram profile who become aware of the project initiative. All subjects involved in organising and managing the contest are thus excluded from participation. Contest Duration Participants may take part in the contest from 6 August to 5 November Prizes will be awarded by 30 November Participation Conditions In anticipation of the release of the new video game "Ride 3", the Promoter company intends to involve Participants in a process that prompts them to share what "Being a biker" means for them. To enter, Participants must visit the Instagram page of Ride 3, accessible from the following link and do the following: 1- Follow the Instagram page of Ride 3; 2- Enter one of the posts related to the contest and write in the comments IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE "What being a biker really means to you".

2 Please note that only comments in English will be considered, while comments written in other languages shall be excluded from prize awards. All comments uploaded must keep with the theme mentioned above and must be original and not previously published. Only comments under related posts on the Ride 3 Instagram page will be evaluated by the jury, while any comments made on other channels (e.g. Facebook, Youtube, etc.) shall be excluded. Comments made in the post related to the project initiative will be moderated and inconsistent or unsuitable content will be removed or made invisible. Contributions that do not comply with the requirements described above will not in any way be considered for the awarding of prizes. The Promoter will not accept and will exclude from valid participation at its own discretion any content contrary to public order, morality (such as but not limited to: obscene content, blasphemous, violent, pornographic, defamatory sentences, inappropriate references to alcohol, drugs or other illicit substances, etc...) or any content that violates in any way the rights of third parties citing the names and surnames of people, presenting defamatory content, invading privacy or violating any copyright (of which the Promoter is aware). Participation in the contest is subject to acceptance of the clauses contained in these Terms and Conditions. Limits Each participant may upload more than one comment, provided that each individual comment is not published more than once. Prize Awards By 30 November 2018, a jury appointed by the Promoter will evaluate all comments received on the basis of the following criteria: Originality Amusingness Thoughtfulness Among all the answers examined, the jury will make - at its own discretion - a pre-selection of the 10 answers considered more consistent with the above criteria and - among them - will draw a ranking from 1 to 10: the first 3 will be the winners while the 4th to the 10th will be the reserves. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct private message. The winners must accept the prize within 10 days from the first notification. Failure to reply will result in forfeiture and their prize will be assigned to the reserves (in order of ranking). The reserves shall be bound by the same acceptance terms. With regards to the Ducati experience: Should the winner accept but then fail to reach the destination due to causes not attributable to the Promoter, the prize shall still be considered awarded and delivered. The winner shall have no right to any further claims.

3 Non-acceptance by the winner and the reserve will void the right to the prize. Prizes awarded to winners shall not be traded or advertised. Under no circumstances shall Participants, make claims, for any reason and / or title, towards the Promoter in relation to the participation in the present contest and / or the potential non-selection of the proposed idea. Should no comment among those received be deemed worthy, no prize will be awarded. Awards to the winning Participants By way of recognition, the winners will be awarded: 1st place The winner's name can be published in the credits of the new video game Ride 3. In addition, the winner will have the right to a Ducati experience that includes a visit to the factory and to the museum at the Ducati headquarters in Bologna, specifically: - Travel and accommodation expenses for one night in Bologna for two people for a maximum refundable amount of 1,500.00, upon presentation of adequate documentation of expenses incurred. All conditions for this procedure will be communicated directly to the winner during the notification phase; - Guided tour of the Ducati Museum; - Guided tour of the Ducati factory; - A copy of the Ride 3 video game. Winners may claim the prize by 30 November 2019, subject to communication with the company in charge. 2nd place: Ogio - Ducati semi-technical backpack. Sales value 89 A copy of the RIDE 3 video game 3rd place: Sketch gym bag - Ducati. Sales value 59 A copy of the RIDE 3 video game Participants' contributions may be used for promotional campaigns following the promotion by the Promoter, who reserves the right to publish them in all their social and internet channels. Please note: The Promoter reserves the right to request a copy of the identity card or other valid document from the winners. The winner cannot dispute the prize awarded, nor request the corresponding value in cash or an exchange/replacement for any reason. However, should the Promoter be unable to deliver the prize won, it reserves the right to substitute the aforementioned prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The winners cannot claim any compensation due to any damages resulting from the acceptance and/or use of the prize. Authorisations, declarations and guarantees on the contents. Upon publication of the comment, the Promoter is authorised to publish it on its website or on other communication material and to make the content and related data available to the public (if deemed appropriate), even after the end of the contest described herein.

4 The Promoter reserves the right to delete contents made with texts that are considered offensive and contrary to public morals (vulgar, violent, illegal, etc.), that violate in any way the rights of third parties presenting a defamatory content, invading privacy or violating any copyright By sending the comment, each participant assumes all responsibility for the content and more specifically, by participating in the contest, Participants declare and guarantee: that the contents sent are original and that they do not infringe copyrights and/or related rights and/or trademark rights/industrial secrets/image rights or any other right to commercial and/or industrial and intellectual exploitation of any physical or legal person; - that they will keep the Promoter, as well as their assignees, fully indemnified from any and all consequent injury, cost, damage which may result from the violation of this declaration and warranty. In particular, the participant will defend and hold the Promoter completely unharmed from damages (including costs) that the latter may be required to pay to third parties following: an action or a warning based on the fact that the mere possession or use of the content by the Promoter, infringes or has infringed copyright, the right to a registered trademark, patent rights, know-how, rights of invention, image and any other exclusive rights of third parties; any harmful consequence caused by the publication of content deemed offensive or contrary to public morality (vulgarity, violent scenes, illegal activities, etc.). The Promoter reserves the discretionary right to suspend or cancel the contest and the awarding of acknowledgments should there be any facts and / or events that make the contest continuation difficult and / or impossible. Transfer of Ownership By taking part in the contest, each Participant authorises the Promoter, if they win, to exploit the winning comment for publication purposes, and grants the Promoter all rights free of charge (none excluded) of economic exploitation, also for commercial purposes and image rights of the work itself, through any means of publication and / or communication, without temporal or territorial restrictions and waives any and all economic claims from the Promoter and any potential claimants. The contents must be free of copyright. By participating in the contest, Participants authorise the Promoter (if deemed appropriate) to publish the texts presented in the competition on their website or other communication material free of charge, and to make the content available to the public, even after the end of the contest, without any temporal and territorial restrictions. Instagram This initiative is in no way promoted, sponsored or associated with Instagram. The contest takes place in full compliance with the guidelines published by Instagram. The Promoter is responsible for the promotion and guarantees to comply with any fulfilment required by regulations and to act in compliance with the protection of public confidence. Acceptance of Rules and Regulations Any person entering into or participating in this Promotion is deemed to have unconditionally accepted and to be bound by these terms and conditions. Participants who, according to the unquestionable judgment of the Promoter or third parties appointed by them, participate in a way deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of the normal course of the project, will be excluded from participation.

5 In case of obvious and detectable attempts of fraud and false and inaccurate statements, the Promoter reserves the right to immediately exclude the Participant. Therefore, the Promoter, or third parties entrusted by them, reserve the right to proceed, in respect of all Participants and within the terms deemed most appropriate (including, if deemed necessary, request of identity document) and in compliance with current laws. Privacy Information to be provided pursuant to Article 13 of, Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (the General Data Protec-tion Regulation, GDPR) Personal data provided voluntarily will be processed, primarily using electronic methods and analysis tools, including for statistical analysis, by Milestone Srl for completion of all stages relating to the prize competition known as RIDE 3 and Ducati Contest: win amazing Ducati prizes. In addition, it will be processed so as to comply with administrative regulations and other general obligations imposed by current Italian law and by EU decisions and stored for the period of time established by these regulations. It is obligatory to provide the data requested for the aforesaid purposes and failing to do so will make it impossible to carry out management operations relating to the prize event and to comply with legal requirements. Subject to their express consent, the winners data will be published via communications media, including on the internet, and in informational and promotional material in digital and paper form. Storage of data for competition management will be limited to the period required to complete its individual phases and in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation. Subsequently, the data will be anonymised to create statistical reports, and all identifying data will be destroyed. Vice versa, where you have consented to promotional contact (marketing), the data will be stored in our archives for as long as it is considered that there is still an interest in the mass consumer/diy/... goods that you purchased, showed an interest in purchasing, or about which you requested information, following the exercise of your rights to object to processing for marketing purposes. In this case also, once the storage period has expired the data will be anonymised to produce statistics, and all identifying data will be destroyed by deleting it from our archives. The persons authorised for data processing are sales and marketing personnel, call centre staff, and IT systems and data security personnel. Pursuant to Articles GDPR, by writing to the controller at their postal address, you may exercise your rights to consultation, modification, erasure and the right to be forgotten, the right to restriction of processing or to object to processing on legitimate grounds or for informational and promotional reasons, including via certain means of contact only (e.g.: , landline and mobile phone, text message, by post). If not specific, the objection will be extended to all means of contact. Should you revoke your consent, which you may do at any time, it is understood that this shall not prejudice the legality of processing based on consent previously given or alternative mechanisms of con-sent provided by law. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authorities to enforce your rights. Again, by writing to the postal address given above, you may request a full and updated list of those responsible for data processing. Lastly, you have the right to data portability, namely to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit that data directly to another independent controller, so that the latter may process it within the limits you have set.

6 Jurisdiction The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise in relation to these regulations. Territorial scope This contest is aimed at all final consumers, regardless of nationality. The selection process and selection of the winning contributions will be carried out in full on Italian territory. Final provisions The Promoter declines all responsibility for any access, impediment, malfunction or difficulty concerning technical instruments, computers, telephone lines, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, internet connection, accessibility to online gaming and mobile and fixed telephone network that may prevent any Participant from participating in the contest. The Promoter also declines all responsibility for problems caused by the configuration of the Participant's computer/device that could affect the Participant's performance during the contest.
