Creating a vibrant Innovation Ecosystem needs to be a strategic choice and requires a 360 approach to be most effective. The starting point is to leverage your internal ecosystem that already has great ideas, proximity to customers and the organization to go to market. From their building out to local and national players, and ultimately globally working with multi-nationals and key customers. This approach presents challenges that must be addressed in order to capture the full benefits: How to capture the innovation mindset of the people in the business How to make your R&D centers a place for innovation for the entire company How to attract start-ups to work with a large industrial company with a different pace for decision making How to collaborate with customers in mutually beneficial projects within the scope of customer/supplier relationship The CTO Forum will focus on practical examples and allow for discussion of what has worked and pitfalls to avoid in building and fostering your Innovation Ecosystem. Target Audience Chief Technology Officers, Chief Scientists This event is on invitation only and limited to 30 participants. Chairman Ernst Lutz, EIRMA President, Group Executive Vice President, Business Key themes Innovation Processes Business strategy Intellectual Asset Management People and Knowledge Public frameworks Online registration until 10 October
