Feminist Association for Collaborative Education (FACE BC) professional and personal workshops, networking events and conferences are different than other options for continuing education in North America. FACE BC takes an intersectional* approach to understanding career and life issues, encouraging our participants to be allies in their community. Every event provides resources on how to support one another in the face of discrimination. FACE BC was founded by a group of women who felt something was missing from women's career education. Events they had attended weren't inclusive - non mothers, queer women, disabled We offer practical skills training, leadership development, social and networking events that strongly encourage shared perspectives and collaboration.
