3 Rules of the Sales Process In order to be considered for approval, all pre-applications MUST meet the following requirements: 1. The pre-application must be completed, in its entirety. Anything left blank or filled out incorrectly will automatically be pulled from the process and a rejection letter will be sent via Industries MUST be on the approved list of verticals. 3. Deals must be available in one of the 13 pre-approved cities. A list of those cities may be found in your back office. 4. The monthly minimum offering amount (monthly maximum number of coupons times the coupon sales price) for each client must equal or exceed $1, For each coupon, the minimum coupon purchase must be $15 or greater. 6. During this beta-test, pre-applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 7. Once 50 qualified pre-applications have been approved and accepted (from each of the 13 cities) no other pre-applications will be considered for this particular beta-test. Corporate will, however, file these away so that they may be reviewed once Qnanza is running full-speed in those select cities. 8. Should the client express any reservations or hesitations (for any reason) the pre-application will be disapproved and a rejection letter will be sent to you via . Corporate is in no way a part of the selling process. Corporate is there to finalize deals in which the client is expressly aware of the agreement that is being entered into. 5 QNANZA FAQs 1. How do I submit a pre-application? Pre-applications may be submitted by fax to or by to applications@qnanza.com. 2. Which pre-application form do I use? In order to have your pre-application form considered, you must have the form with the date 5/27/11. This is the only form that will be accepted. 3. What happens if a pre-application is rejected? The CD will receive an stating the reason for rejection. It is the CD s responsibility to notify the business owner of the rejection reason and/or to re-sell the business. 4. What is the monthly minimum offer amount from a business owner? Formula: (monthly maximum number of coupons X the coupon sales price) must equal or exceed $ What is the exact coverage area for the initial 13 metro cities? Please refer to Wikipedia.org to determine which specific areas/regions are associated with the 13 approved metro areas. To access this information visit: Search using the applicable City followed by metropolitan area. Wiki is to be used as a guideline for determining which areas currently fall within the Qnanza metropolitan spectrum. These regions will be accepted in most instances; however, Qnanza reserves the right to reject any application based on insufficient population density. 6. Once the quota has been reached and 50 pre-applications in the 13 metro areas are received, what will happen to the remaining submissions? All remaining pre-applications will be held for the Phase II roll-out of Qnanza. 7. If I do not live in one of the 13 metro areas, may I still sell Qnanza for the Phase I rollout? Yes! Only the location of the business is relevant. 8. Why do we have a 3 month contract for business owners? We want to allow time for owners to realize a benefit and we also want them to see how consistent advertising brings in new customers while building a larger repeat customer base. There are 3 reasons for a business owner to discount a product or service; 1. Upsell 2. Convert to long term customers 3. Solicit referrals

6 9. Will there be compliance-approved recruiting templates for use on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter? Yes! These templates will be available in the future, however at this time should you have anything you would like to use, all requests must go through, and be approved by, compliance Will there be expiration dates for the coupons? Many business owners will want coupons to have an expiration date. We recommend that expiration date be at least 120 days or longer. Also they will be subject to the expiration laws in their state. 11. Will other cities be added to the initial 13? Yes! After the initial Phase I and Phase II rollout, we will begin to add other cities. Please stay tuned to training calls and updates for this type of information. 12. What if business owners have remaining coupons that are not sold in the first or second month? Up to 25% of the remaining coupon balance may be rolled over to the remaining months. For example, if after month one there are 60 coupons unsold, 15 will be rolled over and available for sale in month two, and so on. 13. Are business owners paid off of redeemed coupons or sold coupons? Business owners are paid based on coupons that have been sold. 14. When will the business owner be paid? Business owners will be paid on the second Thursday after their anniversary date, which will be 30 days from the launch date of the coupon. 15. Why do business owners need to redeem their coupons in the system if they are paid on the sale of the coupon? This ensures that there are no fraudulent coupons being used. 16. Are business owners bound by just signing the pre-application? No the business owner will sign a final contract and terms and conditions, once the pre-application has been approved by Qnanza and the business owner.
