1 FALL INSTITUTE 2011 Changing the World of Tomorrow through the Children of Today November 1-3, 2011 Galt House Hotel and Suites Louisville, Kentucky Sponsor Prospectus This Prospectus is designed to assist you in planning for a successful and rewarding opportunity to be a part of the annual Fall Institute. The Prospectus includes the application, rules and regulations which will constitute the entire agreement between the parties and become the Contract upon acceptance by the Fall Institute Planning Committee. Please read this information carefully. pportunity Social events and food functions at our conferences help our members interact informally and network with each other. Special identity items reinforce the conference s educational content and enhance attendee convenience. Your support of these activities, and other general conference support, will be appreciated and recognized by all attendees. Prominent signage and conference materials will identify sponsors, letting our attendees know of your support. Location Exhibits will be located on the 2 nd Floor Exhibit area of The Galt House-East, 140 North 4 th Avenue, Louisville, KY Display and Recognition As a sponsor for the 2011 Fall Institute, your organization will be recognized in a variety of ways, depending on your sponsorship level. For more detailed information regarding the recognition, please see the levels of sponsorship below. Where Your Sponsorship Goes Sponsor support will defray the costs associated with hosting the 2011 Fall Institute including, but not limited to, printing costs, audio visual support, tote bags, networking and welcoming reception, Keynote speakers, Ronnie Dunn Whatever It Takes Luncheon, the Bridges ver Barriers Brunch, and refreshment breaks. Complimentary Exhibit Table If your sponsorship qualifies and you would like to take advantage of a complimentary exhibit table (as outlined in the Levels of Sponsorship), please fill out the Exhibitor Contract accordingly. Complimentary name badges will be provided to each staff member exhibiting.

2 Payment Payment in full is required by ctober 26, 2011 with a signed contract to secure your sponsorship. Payment should be made to the FAMILY RESURCE AND YUTH SERVICES CALITIN F KENTUCKY, INC. Cancellation All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Fall Institute Sponsor s Coordinator prior to ctober 30, All refunds will be less a $100 handling fee.
