Each level is based on the number of points you accumulate through your personal and/or sub-producer sales. Each level includes several awards including a cash bonus, co-sponsored advertising, Platinum Getaway invitation and access to our lead sharing program, YourShare. The Opportunity More producers than ever have the opportunity to earn rewards through the IMG Rewards Program. Cash bonuses are sent as soon as you reach a new Rewards level and access is available to all of the sales tools for that level. 6 Growth Increase Your Revenue YourShare In a time when most companies are focused on growing their direct sales business, IMG is focused and committed to producer development. The IMG YourShare Program is unique to IMG and is designed to increase your revenue by providing you with a new source of customers, by assigning sales from to eligible YourShare producers. The IMG website, attracts tens of thousands of hits a month and thousands of purchasers each year, both of which benefit our producers. How The Program Works: Each time a client purchases a plan directly from our system automatically assigns a qualified YourShare producer to that sale. The program is available to producers who have reached Silver, Gold and Platinum levels in the IMG Rewards Program. The higher the rewards level a qualified producer reaches through personal or sub-producer sales, the greater the number of YourShare sales they will receive. If you are assigned to a sale, you will receive a confirmation stating that a client has purchased a plan through our system. You will receive compensation for the sale and the system will automatically exchange contact information with you and your new client. It s that easy. It pays to do business with IMG. NI VE R SI T Y U MEDIC IMG University is an educational program designed to provide maximum knowledge to help our producers succeed in the international marketplace. The program includes educational webinars on products, tools and market opportunities. Sessions are presented as live webinars and recorded for viewing on-demand through the IMG University website. N IMG University IMG UNIVERSITY Twice a year, IMG will host an on-site, 2-day training at the IMG Campus in Indianapolis. You will have the opportunity to send a staff member or principle from your company. This 2-day session will provide attendees with the latest market information, best practices for servicing your clients needs and the opportunity for one-on-one contact with IMG Sales, Service and Executive teams.
