3 1 Marketing & Public Relations Generate events for the stadium. Focus on growing non-bowl events e.g. concerts and EXPO's. Identify different income streams for the stadium e.g. stadium tours. Investigate feasibility and whether these events and income streams will be profitable. Drive marketing of the stadium to promote the multipurpose venue initiative. Manage social media to ensure stadium is receiving maximum positive exposure. Oversee development and maintenance of stadium website. Attend to queries and resolve any issues. Create synergies between the stadium and their anchor tenants. Liaise with all external service providers e.g. Advertisement agencies. Stadium is profitable. New events and income streams generated. Budget is met. 4 2 Sales and customer service excellence Responsible for driving sales and stadium revenue. Develop the stadium sales strategy for the stadium inventory with the Operations manager. Developing of the stadium partner matrix with the operations manager. Source sports research as part of the stadium sales tools. Identify partner deals for exposure of the stadium e.g. preferred suppliers, category exclusivity, pouring rites etc. Increased sales of hospitality areas of the stadium. Stadium partners are identified and actioned. 3 Event management Responsible for driving the execution of all events. Management of outsourcing of staff for events. Events are executed effectively according to plan and within scope of budget.

5 4 Ticketing Office Manage ticketing office. Liaise with external service provider. Ensure allocation of tickets for anchor tenants is correctly done. Manage allocation of consignment tickets. Facilitate ticket sales recon with finance for the third parties. Report on Sales trends for the different activities. Develop a ticket pricing model with the operations and stadium manager. Compile a weekly report on ticketing. Oversee strategic opening of areas as per plan. Present operations and resources plans for the ticket office in line with the projects/events. Ticket sales are maximised. Allocations are done correctly. Consignment ticketing is managed correctly.

6 5 Media Responsible for managing print, radio and social media. Oversee placing of advertisements, ad campaigns and drafting of press releases Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives. Oversee accreditation with the PR & communication coordinator for the media on event days. Plan layout of media and tribute on match days. Develop a stadium communications plan with the communications coordinator to be approved by the Stadium Manager. All media is accredited. Layout of media on match days is effected. Print radio and social media are managed effectively. 6 Branding Ensure that consistent branding is applied through any events and promotional items. Develop a stadium branding plan with the inventory available. This will be in line with the stadium branding plan approved by the Stadium Manager. Branding is consistent and as per requirement 7 Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative Agree plan, budget and timelines with project allocating Manager for the identified project. 8 11 Manage Finances Compile budget for approval. Manage all costs in line with budget. Investigate and action any items of over expenditure. Review the monthly expenditure and explain and / or action all areas of discrepancy. Prepare divisional forecast for discussion with the SM and Finance manager. Develop divisional budget and targets for approval by the SM. Maintain a healthy a financial control systems for the division. Approved budget in place. All costs in line with budget or over expenditure justified.
