3 Parking for exhibitors and visitors There are two public car parks nearby, with more than 1,700 spaces. The Albertine-Square car park is the closest one: it is located under the SQUARE centre and offers direct access to the centre from inside the car park. Both car parks are open 24/24 and both are equipped with plugs for electric vehicles. For direct access from the car park, go to level -3 and follow the "SQUARE" direction signs. This entrance gives you direct access by elevator. Public transport The railway station Bruxelles-Central is a short walk away. All main tram, bus, metro and railway lines converge here, as well as the high-speed railway line from Brussels Airport. As an exhibitor you receive permanent access badges (2 badges per 12 m 2 ). Visitors can buy tickets online or at the cash desk. You can invite your connections and customers to the Exhibition, the Brunch or to the Show & Dinner Party, by ordering entrance tickets at an attractive price. For invitations to the Exhibition, you can order either digital codes (a code allowing your guests to download their free entrance ticket through the website) or printed tickets. If you buy invitations for the Brunch or the Party & Dinner, you receive 1 digital code per person. In this way, you can use your own communication tools to invite multiple connections. You only need to send a code to those who have reacted favourably to your invitation. This code allows your guests to download their entrance tickets. 5 Selling at the Exhibition Cash & carry sales of non-hairdresser related products (fashion accessories, beauty, etc.) are not allowed at the exhibition. There is a particularly high demand for high-quality trade fairs from the sector. The Union of Belgian Hairdressers wants to meet this demand and guarantees a high-level professional event. Only those products and brands mentioned on the registration form are allowed to be sold. If the information on the registration form does not correspond with the products of the stand, UBK / UCB may prohibit their sale. Hair Fashion Show and Presentation Sunday 28/01 from 7pm Presentations (20 min slots) at 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm, 8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm Only for exhibitors who signed in for a 20 minutes timeslot in order to present hairdressing techniques and trend collections. The organization provides a backstage preparation space as well as the scenographic infrastructure (the technical file will be communicated in a separate message). Exhibitors receive a number of vouchers for the brunch as well as for the walking dinner, according to their rented number of square meters. 5

6 Fire regulations and Insurance Fire prevention If fire-hazardous substances are present at your stand, you must also have a fire extinguisher present in your stand according to the insight and instruction of the regional fire brigade, insofar as the goods or products may remain present. If you use cloths to decorate your stand, you must have certificates which guarantee their fire safety. Civil liability Exhibitors are obliged to ensure, through the registered insurance brokers, their civil liability in accordance with art and 1386 of the Civil Code. The purpose of this compulsory insurance is to cover accidents that may occur to third parties in the exhibition buildings or on its grounds, thereby entailing the exhibitor's civil liability. The fee for this insurance is already included in the registration fee of your participation (see participation request). Guarantees a. Physical injury: per claim, with a maximum of per victim. This guarantee is however limited to with a maximum of per victim, in all cases of physical injury resulting from fire and / or explosion. b. Material damage: per claim, including fire and / or explosion. Note: The limits of the coverage (included and excluded risks) are clearly defined in the standard contract of which a copy has been registered at the Administration of the Brussels International Trade Fair, where it can be consulted upon request. Loss and damage are covered according to All-Risk conditions. The coverage applies without interruption during the transport to the exhibition complex, the stay there for the duration of the exhibition (including stand construction and dismantling) and during the return transport. You can take out such insurance with your own broker or contact the aforementioned appointed insurance broker. 6

B/ Stand construction Construction of your own stand: Maximum height 250cm If you would like to build a stand with dimensions that exceed the maximum height, your plans must be submitted for approval.
