2 Hello Say hello to your personal travel assistant. With iris:go, you can view itineraries, important travel updates, timetables, maps and more - all whilst on the move. How does it work? Travel itinerary manager iris:go talks to our booking tools and alert systems, bringing your itinerary and travel information into one simple solution. You can easily view your itinerary, including: rail, air and hotel bookings maps and directions to your hotel, train station or airport a rail journey planner alerts and messages relevant to your trip information about any meetings or events you have booked and organised through us. Please note: Screen shots may vary depending on your device.

3 My trips Get it all in one place. iris:go brings your weekly and daily trips together, knows where you ve been and where you re heading to. Itinerary management Your journey information is just a swipe away. Scroll through previous bookings, this week s itinerary and see where you ll be in coming weeks simply by swiping left or right, and get details on your trips and bookings by swiping up and tapping on a segment. Whether you book online or through our offline team using your traveller profile, your bookings will be synced onto your app within approximately 60 minutes. You can also import additional bookings by entering your booking reference number where needed.

4 View your rail journey Stay on top of your rail journey. Check your bookings, seat reservations, journey duration, changes and ticket type. Plus, find out your platform information, view timetables and check if your train is delayed in real-time. You can also find out which facilities and services are available at your departure station, so you ll be more prepared than ever.

5 View your flight Make flying a breeze. Conveniently accessed from your itinerary you ll find your flight number, booking reference, terminal and departure gate, current flight status, seat number and arrival time. Check-in online There s more to life than queuing. With supporting airlines, use the check-in feature to link directly to the airline s website.

6 Hotel bookings No need to rifle through your s at the front desk. Information on your stay, including the reference number, payment method, number of nights, meal allowance and cancellation policy, are all in the palm of your hand. Meetings and events bookings If you ve organised a meeting through us, all your booking details and handy information about the venue are right at your fingertips. This is only available to the event or meeting booker to view.

7 Maps and directions Walking around for hours trying to find your hotel is now a problem of the past thanks to our maps. They link with your phone s GPS navigation, meaning you can get directions from door to door, including to and from the train station or airport. Just make sure your location services are turned on within your phone settings. Top tip: Data usage charges may apply so if you re out of the UK, load your map using WiFi and don t forget to turn off your mobile data! Instant contact With us, you re never travelling alone. 8 Journey planner Need to know when the next train is or when you re due to return? No problem. Rail itinerary Using the rail journey planner, search for up to date UK train times provided by National Rail. Great for those times when you missed the train you intended to catch. Making sure there are no surprises ahead, Journey Planner gives you a breakdown of each part of your journey, with accurate timings, number of changes, and tells you when you ll arrive.

9 Alerts and messages Be in the know. Get real-time alerts pushed to your mobile, letting you know if your train or flight has been delayed or cancelled so you can stay ahead of the game. Real-time rail alerts Real-time flight alerts No more time spent standing on a cold platform. We ll send you a push message with any notable delays or cancellations to your UK train journeys. Get some time back into your busy schedule. We ll let you know when there are delays, changes or disruptions to your flights.

11 Download Once iris:go is available to your company, it s easy to download from your simply follow the steps below and enjoy your new streamlined travel itinerary. 1 Download iris:go is available to download straight from the Apple App Store for iphone, and for Android in Google Play. 3 That s it! Within a few minutes you should see your profile and travel itineraries. We hope you enjoy using our app - feel free to give us a review on the App Store/Play Store if you do! If you need any help with logging in, simply click Need help? on the homepage for more information, or contact your travel representative. 2 Register From the Welcome screen, enter the address and password you use to book your business travel online with us. If you re not a customer of Capita Travel and Events, unfortunately you won t be able to register for iris:go.
