Example, if we ( Lambabros ) has a property worth 100million and our commission is 10million, if you direct someone via your link to just book a visit (we get the notification from our back end, do a follow up until the client inspects the property and pays for it) or the client pays online (depending on the product/listing), at the ending of the month (we pay all referral commissions 25 th -28 th of every month) you will receive the sum of 2million as your 20% direct referral commission into your bank account. As an Affiliate you are entitled to a personal dashboard, with all Lambabros listings and your personal data from all your activities. HOW IT WORKS; On an Affiliate dashboard, each listing will carry their own unique links attached to them with the expected commissions one can make if the property is sold. So a direct affiliate will have to select listings unique link individually to share as he/she chooses. A direct affiliate targets a particular listing (via copy and paste of the links) for personal promotions. However, this unique link attached to each items will also carry the affiliate identity for tracking and commission payment. It is free of charge to join Lambabros Direct Affiliate program. 2 The network program is built on a 10*10 two level matrix as shown below; As a Pro-Affiliate Broker in Lambabros you are entitled to building a team, to help you achieve your goals. You help your team members they equally help you. From the above image structure, you have your first 10 Persons slot, which will automatically fill in as they sign-up with your referral link (after the first level is filled, the next person you will sign-up with your referral link will fall under the second level/generation until it is filled up (this will serve as a spill-over for persons in the first level). However, by the time you complete your second level you will have a total of 110 persons making sales under you. If a person is not working (i.e. not making sales or not active) in your team (first level), you have the right to change the person by a new recruitment and deleting that person from your network. (Note; the goal here is the business of Product/listing sales and marketing, not in the recruitment of persons just to complete level matrix, - this is not a Ponzi scheme where no business activity is done to generate funds, but the only target is to recruit persons before anyone earns (i.e. the company solely depends on recruitment/registration earnings to run itself and the commissions they pay out to their marketers- No value created or given at the end). The recruitment here is set to expand your earning capacity, to build value, commitment and to expose one to the principles of team work. 1. DIRECT REFERRAL BONUS You earn 20% direct referral bonus for your own promotions. 2. NETWORK REFERAL BONUS You earn 5% on your second level team activities and 5% on your third level team activities. This gives 10% referral bonus (5% + 5% = 10%) in total. 3. QUALIFICATIONS/RANK EXTRA BOUNS When you and your team have generated up to N1.5million in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N1.5million as a result of your direct marketing and your team marketing as well) you will be ranked a Soldier with a free gift of a brand new laptop with one-year internet subscription, to help your marketing.

3 When you and your team have generated up to N6million in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N6million as a result of your direct marketing commissions and your team marketing commissions as well) you will be ranked a Corporal with a free plot of land worth 1million naira. When you and your team have generated up to N30million in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N30million naira as a result of your direct marketing commissions, and your team marketing commissions as well) you will be ranked a Sergeant with a Car gift worth 6million naira. When you and your team have generated up to N1billion in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N1billion as a result of your direct marketing commissions and your team marketing commissions as well) you will be ranked a Major with a cash price of 50million and another 50million for you to buy a luxury house. When you and your team have generated up to N6billion in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N6billion as a result of your direct marketing commissions and your team marketing commissions as well) you will be ranked a Colonel with a cash price of 500million. When you and your team have generated up to N50billion in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N50billion as a result of your direct marketing commissions and your team marketing commissions as well) you will be ranked a Brigadier with a cash price of 1billion and 1% of Lambabros Deals total commission for that month you rank. When you and your team have generated up to N300 billion in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N300billion as a result of your direct marketing commissions and your team marketing commissions as well) you will be ranked Major General a with a cash price of 3billion and 1% of Lambabros Deals total commission for the year you rank. When you and your team have generated up to N1trillion in commissions (that is, Lambabros have paid you the sum of N1trillion as a result of your direct marketing commissions and your team

4 marketing commissions as well) you will be ranked a General with 1% of Lambabros Deals shares for life (You join the executive board). 4. SPILLOVER EARNINGS We call this Love/Grace earning. Once you sign-up into Lambabros Pro-Affiliate program, you automatically fall under a team whether you are referred by someone inside the network already or not. This implies that, when your Up-lines network/refer, they automatically fill the spaces under them including the spaces under you and when these persons under you are selling, you will be receiving commissions on a regular basis. This can give you commissions even days you didn t make a direct sell with your listing link. Illustrating below with a 3*3 matrix; Love Grace Love s Level 1 Love s Level 2 Two Ways; 1. Let s say Love signs up today, and before Love introduces the business opportunity to anyone Grace decided to Join the network via company s publicity, Grace automatically takes Love s first level which gives Love 5% on any sale done by Grace. If you hit any qualification target and more than 50% is from your team effort/spillover alone, your qualifications/rank extra bonuses will be placed on hold until you hit 50% from your direct sales. Example, you must have earned direct commission of at least 750,000naira (50% of 1.5million naira)

START UP BONUS This is explained to be the last stream of income in Lambabros network marketing program because, it is just an incentive to say thank you for participating in helping many to be more productive in the online space and to encourage team work. However, when you refer someone to the network you will be given N3,000 as Start Up bonus (This is from sign-up fee commission). This is per head and for a direct sign-up with your referral ID link. Note; You will see your referral link on your dashboard. SIGN-UP FEE You sign-up with the sum of N18,000 ( $50 for international participation), this funds are used for start-up pack (materials for marketing), web maintenance, and logistics to enable us get more deals and listing in the platform for you to sell, affiliate, network and earn more cash with extra bonuses as you grow in ranking. This however, will be renewed yearly. HOW IT WORKS; On the Network Marketer dashboard, we have the Affiliate Network section (this shows your network matrix, No. of link clicks, direct earnings, team earnings, rank section) and other necessary data. You will have your affiliate link which will be used in team recruitment. So, when you copy any listing link and is set on your social media accounts, blogs, status etc., someone goes through that link, it takes them to Lambabros listing, anything (not necessary that particular listing link copied) bought within 365days (the purchase process is just for a client to click the book a visit button, it registers automatically for the referral, we get the notification, do the follow-up until the client sees the property, seal the deal and we pay your commissions) in any category under your link will attract commissions either direct (if it s your direct link) or that of your team (1 st -2 nd Level + Spillover members referral bonus).
