2 Our Story We created Beer Sign Specialists ( as a dedicated part of our business, geared toward providing craft brewers and distributors with high quality, unique and affordable alternatives for POS, displays and signs. Our production process allows us to create signs in almost any size or shape, on a variety of materials. This ability lends itself perfectly to the Craft Beer Industry. Because every craft beer produced is inherently unique, our signs are the perfect compliment to express and advertise those qualities with the ultimate goal being to sell more beer! Beer Sign Specialists allows you to highlight your best sellers, premiums & even seasonals, at any time, without high costs. Large breweries try to dominate the market, providing distributors almost any marketing material you can think of that catches the eye of customers. That is where we come in... We make it simple, we provide short turnaround times on your jobs, low minimum quantities (often starting at just 25 signs) and the ability to print multiple images in a run (making minimums even smaller). We got our start offering wood signs to a few local brewers and over the last 13 years have grown to a point where we have clients all over the country. 3 sign system Our unique sign system allows you to scale your signage according to your budget, without sacrificing the overall quality of the final product. The only difference between our entry level signs is whether they offer dimensionality or lighting. The same, high quality, base products are used to create all of our products, the price just depends on how intricate you want to be. We use printed plywood, real barrel heads, reclaimed pallet wood, different metals, and a host of other materials to make signs, it really depends on what you want! With the addition of our new laser cutter, we can also cut almost any material you can think of in any shape, with great detail. 4 wood signs Our Wood Prints are still our most popular product. They look fantastic visually, can be almost any shape you can think of, and are arguably the best sign value in the industry. We haven t been able to find a sign product that gives clients nearly the bang for the buck that our Wood Prints do. Wood prints offer a true, rustic looking appearance that works perfectly with many craft labels and logos. They also lend themselves very well to being custom shaped and dimensionally layered, creating very custom looks for just a few extra dollars. choose sizes that provide good yield out of 4 x8 sheets of material, so we can keep costs at their lowest point by avoiding material waste. 6 LED Signs LED Signs are a high impact, low maintenance, cost effective alternative to neons. Over the last few years, the cost of LED lights has dropped tremendously and our capabilities have gone through the roof. We can create LED signs in just about any size and shape, and will provide quotes for most items shortly after your request. LED s offer our clients the ability to adjust brightness, light effects and even the color of the light depending on what type of lights are used. 10 Beer Racks When we started working in the Craft Brewing industry we really only concentrated on signs. Over the years clients have asked us whether we could produce wooden Beer Racks that match up with their products better than off the shelf rack solutions. As a result we began to make racks that fit our clients needs. We offer a standard 4 shelf design that holds 4 cases of product with custom branding. We can also make your racks shopable from 2 sides depending on need. This design can be easily modified to increase height and shelves for minimal additional cost. Our racks also require no tools for assembly and are extremely strong! Prices can run from $135 - $200 per unit with your branding included. Unlike many providers, we focus our efforts on producing hardwood handles that incorporate engraving, intricate cuts, full color printing, metal elements and various types of lug-on items to give them the look you want. We do not offer molded and hand painted items, mainly because they are not in keeping with our in-house capabilities. Instead, we offer what we think are great looking handle options, that will have you standing out amongst your competition! 12 Specialty Signs Specialty Products are categorized by just about any other product we make for the beer industry. Generally our products are graphically centered and most of the items here incorporate our printing capabilities, but wouldn t be classified as just signs. From chalkboards, condiment caddies and sampler boards to full décor projects for any occasion, we can complete any project. Most of these products have come as a direct result of client requests and can be modified to your particular needs. 14 A-Frames Our A Frames are a simple extension of our wood prints. They are full color, can be almost any size you want, and offer you the perfect way to communicate specials, beer pairings, events, live music and anything else you can think of, in a sign that can be moved to high traffic areas. Clients use these signs for their own brew pubs and restaurants as well as POS pieces for on-premise advertising in other bars serving their products. A frames are double sided and incorporate chalk boards to customize your message. Our clients also add 3 dimensional elements to make their brand stand out more. We have the perfect solution, a 3-sided folding box that weighs less than 12 pounds, folds at, and sets up in 30 seconds. They can also be customized any way you like! Many of our customers have asked us over the years to create elaborate solutions and we always felt like however great they looked, they were hard to ship and take on the road. Our covers are made of durable aluminum composite, or plywood with a sturdy serving / display top, screw riveted nickel hinges and a carry handle that makes it easy to get to the show. 17 Short Run Coasters Pulp board coasters are a great way for you to promote your seasonals, specials, events etc. It is no longer necessary for you to print 2,500 pieces or more to be cost effective either! Custom, full color runs begin with a minimum of 200 coasters per design, allowing you to test market ideas and advertise weekly or nightly specials. All coasters are made on medium weight pulp board and can be custom shaped and printed on 2 sides. Prices vary by size. 17

18 Outdoor & Vehicles In addition to all of the other products we offer, Beer Sign Specialists also offers the ability to produce graphics for vehicles & fleets (including lettering & wraps) as well as a full array of products for outdoor applications including festivals and sporting events. No project is too big or small, and with our network of certified installers, we can have your vehicle or event looking great in no time. 18

20 Policies Beer Sign Specialists reserves the right to review and change pricing at any time. Changes to pricing are generally based on cost of materials, complexity of jobs and turnaround times needed on jobs. Shipping of projects - is based on market prices at the time of shipping and size of jobs. If you have a preferred shipping method, and or your own account numbers, we are more than happy to bill your account for the shipping portion. Packaging and handling charges may still apply. File setup charges - On initial projects Beer Sign Specialists generally waives setup charges. We also will waive subsequent charges based on job size once order is placed. These charges are discretionary and may vary. Samples & approvals - We generally offer new clients free wood print samples with a 2-3 week turnaround time. We only ask that you pay for the shipping of the samples back to you. It is possible that samples could be completed in shorter turnaround than 2-3 weeks, but that is based on work load and the amount of wood signs being printed in-house at any given time. Other samples may be chargeable and will be quoted as part of a larger job for you, shipping is additional. Design and layout - We do offer design and layout services to our clients. These services are chargeable and may be waived depending on the size of a given project. All design and layout remains the property of Beer Sign Specialists unless it is paid for by the client at pre-agreed upon rates. Intellectual Property - Designs and layouts, while being the property of Beer Sign Specialists, will only be utilized for the express purpose of future work with the client and promotional purposes for Beer Sign Specialists, with approval by the client first. Beer Sign Specialists does not utilize customer materials for commercial purposes and will be happy to sign any paperwork with a client insuring that end. Quoting, Projects, Terms - Many projects need to be quoted prior to their commencement. We ask all clients to quote projects up front to insure pricing. Quotes are good for 30 days after they are sent. We may require a deposit on a project prior to work beginning on it. Please check your quote for terms. Clients can apply for credit with us, a completed credit application is necessary. Credit will not be issued on a clients first job unless the credit approval process is handled prior to the jobs commencement, and is left to our discretion
