The number f games played at RAC Arena will be determined fllwing the 2019 Suncrp Super Netball fixture, expected t be released in December Netball Australia may at their discretin chse t release a split r part fixture. The result f this fixture will determine if West Cast Fever plays any games at HBF Stadium. RAC ARENA: Frmerly knwn as Perth Arena, RAC Arena is the State s premier indr stadium. Fever fans have shwn incredible passin and supprt, recrding sensatinal attendance numbers at each hme game last year, and was capped ff with a recrd 13,722 peple filling the venue at last year s Grand Final. RAC Arena is Fever s primary hme venue. HBF STADIUM: Fever s secndary hme venue. HBF Stadium is smaller in size, but that certainly desn t stp the Fever faithful filling the venue and raising the rf. A letter will als be sent t the 2018 membership Primary Accunt hlders. Member cmmunicatins will be distributed t the fllwing member grups; GROUP: Game, General Admissin and NetSetGO members These categries are n lnger available in These members will receive an and letter explaining their existing member categries are n lnger available fr purchase, hwever they may purchase any f the available 2019 memberships frm 10am n 13 Nvember A new affrdable Middle Tier reserved seating membership categry has been intrduced fr the first time in 2019 as an alternative t General Admissin which ffers upper tier seating in central viewing psitins General Admissin, NetSetGO and 3-Game members are nt able t participate in the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewal) in GROUP: Opted in members, hwever invalid payment details These members are unable t participate in the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewals) until the Primary Accunt Hlder adds valid payment details int their member accunt. These details can be updated by lgging int the members accunt, r cntacting the membership team fr assistance. GROUP: Centre Circle Members West Cast Fever will cntact 2018 Centre Circle members prir t 13 Nvember 2018 t cnfirm preferences and supprt the renewal f memberships. GROUP: The Renewal Request is OK and details are ready t g These members will receive cmmunicatins that they are able t participate in the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewal) payments. 6 Frequently Asked Questins Any member wh is currently pted in t participate in the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewal), and intends t change seats, r Opt-Out, cancel their membership, r add additinal new members t their 2019 membership, must d s befre the by 11 Nvember The fllwing infrmatin will assist with additinal questins abut 2019 membership. If the member wishes t pt-ut via their member accunt; Primary Accunt Hlder can visit their membership accunt at and click n the My Accunt tab. Frm here lg int the accunt using the Username ( address) and Passwrd which the member set up when creating their 2018 accunt. Once lgged int the accunt, click n the Payment Details sectin and unselect Autmatic Renewals within the Aut Renewal tab t Opt-Out. T Opt-In t the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewal), the check bx Autmatic Renewals needs t be selected. Member Frgtten their passwrd? Simply click n the Frgtten yur passwrd? link lcated next t the Passwrd field when yu visit the My Accunt tab. Frm here yu will receive an and can change yur Passwrd. The belw example shws this member is currently Opted-In t the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewal) as the checkbx is selected with a tick. Each member has received an frm West Cast Fever advising their current Opt-In status, and letters are being sent t Primary Accunt Hlders. If yu are unsure, the Primary Accunt Hlder can lg int their member accunt t check their Opt-In status, r cntact the West Cast Fever Membership fr assistance n

7 Will members retain their 2018 seats? Existing seating preferences will be retained until 2pm WST n 21 December 2018, regardless f a members participatin in the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewal). This des nt apply t 2018 General Admissin, NetSetGO and 3-Game members. These members are required t upgrade t ne f the available 2019 membership packages. Changes t membership seating and categries may apply each seasn. Shuld a members seat be impacted by changes upn renewal, the member will be ntified via and prvided with an pprtunity t renew int the next best seat(s) available. Members wh d nt renew n r befre 21 December 2018 will be allcated seat(s) n a best available basis at the time f purchase. I wish t upgrade, change seats r categries? Payments fr members wh participate in the Annual Renewal Payment Plan (Aut-Renewal) will be made within 5 business days fllwing the Opt-Out perid which ends n 11 Nvember Mnthly Payment Plan Members wh paid fr their 2018 membership via a Mnthly Payment Plan will autmatically renew int a Mnthly Payment Plan arrangement fr next seasn. If a member was previusly n a Mnthly Payment Plan and wishes t change their payment preference, they will need t Opt-Out f the Annual Renewal Payment Plan and manually purchase yur membership.
