1 TERMS & CONDITIONS Any person s use of Rewards account, enrollment in the Rewards Program, participation in the Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes promotion or use of this website, constitutes accepting all the terms and conditions stated here. United Supermarkets, LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for participation, entries and rewards, and benefits for the Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes at any time without notice, liability or obligation to sweepstakes participants. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY All Albertsons Market, Amigos, Market Street, United Supermarkets, and United Express guests and team members are eligible to earn sweepstakes entries by enrolling in the Rewards Program online, on their mobile phone, or at the instore kiosk and supplying the requested information. Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes entries can be earned for qualifying transactions at participating stores. Entries are earned for purchases from February 11, 2015 at 12:01 A.M CT and ending May 12, 2015 at 11:59 PM CT, United Supermarkets L.LC changes the term. There is no cost to join the Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes or the Rewards program. You may cancel your Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes participation at any time by contacting Guest services toll free at or via at guestservices@unitedtexas.com. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES Guests can begin earning entries as soon as a Rewards program account is used. 1

2 Beginning February 11, 2015 and ending May 12, 2015, guests using a Rewards account at participating stores will earn one sweepstakes entry for each total shopping purchase during the promotional period. Sweepstakes prizes will be drawn and awarded as follows: 6 Grand Prize of a $20,000 vacation will be awarded no later than May 21, 2015, from all entries generated/received by May 15, vacation packages valued at $5,000 will be awarded biweekly starting February 26, 2015 and ending May 21, $100 gift cards will be awarded weekly, starting February 19, 2015 and ending May 21, sets of 4 Six Flags over Texas tickets, valued at $200, will be awarded weekly, starting February 19, 2015 and ending May 21, $25 gift cards will be awarded weekly, starting February 19, 2015 and ending May 21, Sweepstakes entries are calculated on the pre-tax amount of the purchase, excluding items such as: Purchases prohibited by law from being rewarded Federal, state and local taxes Store gift cards Fuel purchases Money orders, funds transfers, utility payments and comparable items and transactions Returns, credits and refunds Coupons and discounts Postage stamps United Supermarkets LLC reserves the right to exclude additional items at any time during the program. RULES, DRAWING, NOTICE & CLAIM In addition to the terms and conditions outlined here, the Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes is also specifically governed by the Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes Rules ( Official Sweepstakes Rules ). The Official Sweepstakes Rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions for all purposes. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the provisions of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Official Sweepstakes Rules control such conflict. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any document incorporated herein by reference, is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability. 3

United Supermarkets LLC reserves the right to change or cancel any prize, including increasing the spending level required to earn bonus entries. United Supermarkets LLC reserves the right to institute restrictions on products eligible for entries without notice, liability or obligation to participants. United Supermarkets LLC reserves the right to terminate the Pack Your Bags Sweepstakes at any time for any reason without any further obligation to participants. Misuse, fraudulent use or use of a Rewards account or the website, in violation of these terms and conditions may result in cancellation of the rewards account card and account and loss of any or all sweepstakes entries. The failure of United Supermarkets LLC to enforce any particular term or condition does not constitute a waiver of the term or condition United Supermarkets LLC may enforce that term or condition at a later date. 5
