In my view the answer t bth questins is the same -- the vast capacity and capability f ur peple, civilian and unifrm alike. In my mind, the greatest weakness lies in ur inability t fully leverage the extent f ur greatest strength. T d s, we must create a cllective gemetric - where the knwledge f ne is multiplied thrugh rapid assciatin and cllabratin with ther members f the JAG Crps cmmunity.
