4 Digital Signage Throughout the Hilton Conference Centre in Warsaw, there are a number of digital screens which can be branded, providing you with a great opportunity for delegates to see your company name. We are offering this high profile sponsorship on each day of the conference, so you may choose to sponsor 1 day or all days. We would require the same branding for all screens for the sponsoring company on each day of sponsorship. In addition to the digital signage, you would have a free one page advert in the Post Conference News which is published later in the year. 5 Social Media Wall Increasingly, conferences are giving delegates the opportunity to post on a social media wall during the event. You can sponsor the social media wall in Warsaw to get your name in front of all delegates who want to share their conference experiences with those not fortunate enough to attend. There is an opportunity for 2 or 3 sponsoring companies to have their logo on the social media wall surrounding the screen. However, EphMRA will not be able to go ahead with this item if 2 or 3 sponsors are not secured. The social media wall will be branded around the outside the screen and will be the go to place at the conference to see what s trending on Twitter. 6 Large 4m x 2m banners in the main plenary/agency Fair room We are excited to be changing the format of our main plenary room and Agency Fair room for These rooms have always been separate rooms but in order to integrate the Agency Fair more into the heart of the conference, the main plenary area will be located within the Agency Fair. The plenary area will be roped off and in each corner a hanging flexible banner will be positioned to mark out this area. These banners will be very high profile indeed and will provide excellent visibility for your brand name throughout the conference. There will be 4 banners and each can be sponsored separately OR you can sponsor more than one! 7 Conference App sponsorship This is a great opportunity to have your company name in front of delegates throughout and after the conference. There will be literally thousands of opportunities for people see your company name throughout the conference! We have a range of different App sponsorship items to offer: Single Sponsor Icon This will be on the main navigation page on the App and can contain any information about your company such as your products/services, your booth number, new products etc. Your logo would be on this page and can have links to your website or pdfs. One sponsor only. Single sponsor icon 400 euros The conference App has been very popular the past few years, with downloads increasing year on year. In 2017 just over half of the delegates downloaded the App compared to 70% in 2018, indicating that the App is the go to place for delegates to access important conference information. In Basel in 2018, the average time that each App user spent on the App was almost a minute, compared with less than half a minute in 2017, which means that your company name will be visible on numerous occasions throughout the conference. Sponsored Tweets You can have your company Twitter hashtags and account details added to the Twitter hashtags/accounts listed on the App, meaning that when delegates tweet during the conference, your company name is much more likely to be included on Tweets from the conference. This could expand your exposure significantly! 2. Promoted Social Feed Post We would set up sponsored push notifications to go out during the conference 2 on Wednesday and 2 on Thursday - and also allow you to promote your site or content in the App s social feed. This is a great way for you to engage in conversations that are relevant to the conference audience in a meaningful and highly visible way. App Package 600 euros 7

8 Delegate Badge For the first time at the conference in 2018, EphMRA used an eco-friendly badge, which could be recycled at the end of the conference. For 2019 the badge will be the same but coated for greater durability and there will be an opportunity for a sponsor to put their brand name onto the badge. 9 Conference Centre WiFi Password Sponsor the conference WiFi password and every time someone logs onto the WiFi, your company name has to be typed in! With so many people all using the WiFi, this will make your company name very memorable! WiFi Password 800 euros 9

10 Registration Desk and Lecturn Panels Everyone has to register at the conference, so what better place to get your company name noticed than on the registration desk? The lecturn panels in each room will be visible throughout the conference, so if you sponsor both items, your name will rarely be out of the limelight! 11 Large Branded Window & Revolving Door Stickers Large branded sticker on the front revolving door of the hotel and conference centre. This offers you a fantastic opportunity for all our conference delegates to see your brand name when they enter the hotel and the sticker would be placed on the revolving door, so they can t ignore it! This is a very high profile sponsorship item, with only 1 sponsor. Included in this package is a free conference App banner, which will link to your website. 12 Large Footprint Floor Stickers Sponsor something completely different and get delegates talking about your company! You can sponsor multiples of 12 pairs of A4 sized footprints (24 footprints in total) to be positioned around the Conference Centre to help people find key rooms at the conference. Your logo can be printed on these footprints in full colour. Stickers are A4 sized - 191mm x 266mm Price per 12 pairs of footprints 600 euros 12

13 A5 Notepads Pad sponsors can provide their own A5 sized pad and EphMRA will pack it into the delegate bag for all delegates. Sponsors will need to provide 400 pads and arrange printing of their logo on the pad. The pads will need to be shipped out to the Hilton Conference Centre in Warsaw and any excess shipped back by the sponsor at the sponsor s cost. There can be more than one A5 pad in the delegate bag and so it s not restricted to just one sponsor. A5 Notepads 600 euros 13

14 Mobile Phone Charging Stations Who doesn t need to charge their phone at some point during a three day event? Sponsor one of the mobile charging stations available to delegates to allow them to stay connected and your company name will be visible throughout the conference.
