This year we will start the festivities early with a Christmas Extravaganza! On Wednesday 28 th November 2018 from 6pm, 350 professionals from the Facilities, Workplace and Built Environment sectors will enjoy great hospitality and an unforgettable night of festivities which include a live DJ and dancing. 4 1.1. Booking Availability All Sponsorship Packages include tickets (exact number dependent on Package) and certain Packages include a VIP Table. All tickets include entry to the Christmas Extravaganza, entertainment, a bubbly reception, a complimentary drink, a buffet and the opportunity to network with 350 professionals! All orders are bound by the Terms and Conditions stated in the booking form. Booking closing date is Monday 12th November 2018 with payment completed by Monday 19th November 2018 and Guest Registration completed by Thursday 22nd November 2018 otherwise your tickets will not be issued. A cash bar will be available throughout the night and card payments will be accepted. Drinks for your table can be pre-ordered (a service charge will be added) but all orders must be made by 5pm on Monday November 19 th. Any pre-orders after this date will not be accepted. Full payment must be received by 5pm on Friday November 23 rd. Failure to complete payment before this date will result in your pre-order being cancelled. Centre Algarve This year we are extremely proud to be supporting the Centre Algarve, mainland Europe's only specialist holiday centre which is fully equipped to allow people with special needs and handicaps, young and old, to experience a wonderful holiday with their family or carers. The Centre has created an environment where everybody feels comfortable, safe and secure within their grounds and mini zoo.
