M&BPN is a recognized nonprofit organization that has been serving our region for more than 25 years striving to improve pregnancy and birth outcomes and supporting the health and development of women, infants and families. Proceeds from this exciting event will help us continue to reduce infant mortality through our: Perinatal Programs Teen Pregnancy Prevention Education Programs Parents As Leaders (PAL) Family Resource Centers Health Insurance Assistance & Problem Solving Programs *Safe Sleep for Babies Programs *Despite all the education provided throughout our region, babies are still dying by being placed in unsafe sleep settings. 4 VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network (M&BPN) is inviting businesses providing any type of personal services or products to join us as an exhibitor at our 5th Annual Fashion Show. Examples include: health and wellness services and products, skin care, cosmetics, jewelry, accessories for men, women & children, hair care, etc.* While exhibitors are free to offer products for purchase, please keep in mind that this event is specifically a fundraising event for M&BPN and is an opportunity to showcase your merchandise, advertise your business and support a great cause. All sale transactions are the responsibility of the vendor and will not be processed by M&BPN. Exhibitor display, promotion, raffle baskets will be open to the public from 5:30pm 7:00pm. The fashion show will run from 7:00pm 8:30pm inside the ballroom. Throughout the 1 hour and 30 minute exhibitor reception, hot and cold hors d oeurves, crudities, etc will be served; beverages will be available through a cash bar. Exhibitor Table Details SPACES ARE LIMITED Only 20 Tables Available! COST: Standard price - $ NOTE: $50.00 discount if you provide a gift basket (minimum value $50) for the basket raffle FEE INCLUDES: Admission for two for the fashion show and the hors d oeurves buffet. If you have more than two people at your table, separate event tickets must be purchased. Size/Space: One eight foot skirted exhibit table and two chairs. Each space is 8x8. Exhibitor displays must be set up by 5pm. Electricity be available at the display booths.
