Are there any contracts I need to sign? The only contract that is required is a Media Policy and Exclusivity document. The Media Policy merely shows that you recognize the marketing materials (ie: photos, flyers, content, etc) is the property of The Bear Factory and that you re being given a Free License to use these materials. The Exclusivity Agreement shows that you recognize your access to the Affiliate Program is valid as long as you remain exlusive to selling The Bear Factory Products.
