3 voestalpine Böhler Welding PARTNER PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME Following the successful introduction of our Partner Performance Programme in 2015/16, we have further developed the Programme based on the feedback from our partner performance distributors and our experience. The further development essentially refers to the agreement of and adherence to quality criteria. In the future, more attention will be paid to brand loyalty in the distributor s range of products, brand-focused appearance and trained specialist staff. Annual sales also remain an important element. The Partner Performance Programme is structured as a point system. This rewards the above mentioned quality criteria and the achievement of the growth targets with attractive bonuses at the end of the financial year. PARTNER PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME 3

5 3. TRAINED PERSONNEL Your field and office personnel each receive training from us once a year. This results in at least two training sessions per year. For this you will be awarded in total 5 points (for both participations). If the quality criterion Training is not taken up, no points will be awarded. 4. BRANDING You advertise our brands and products in accordance with our current brand design on your homepage and at your sales premises. For this you will be awarded 5 points. The correct implementation is checked against our branding checklist. No points are awarded in case of non-compliance. 6 II. CALCULATION OF THE ANNUAL BONUS The prerequisite for the granting of a material credit note is an increase in your annual purchase value of at least % compared to the previous year.
