1 JOB DESCRIPTION contract Job Title Reports to Acquisition Marketing Manager Chief Marketing Officer This important growth role is responsible for implementing a number of high impact projects& campaigns to drive NobleOak s top line growth, brand presence and consideration, client communications and disruptive ATL & BTL marketing communication campaigns Acquisition Marketing Key Responsibilities 1. Develop, plan, execute and evaluate the annual Acquisition Marketing Strategy nationally 2. Create, integrate and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels including Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Website, Direct response Advertising and Outbound Telemarketing 3. Test local area marketing campaigns 4. Brief and execute media plan requirements and deliver effective reach and frequency to support campaign objectives 5. Identify, create and leverage data sources produced by Alliances, Partnerships and other relevant opportunities for lead generation 6. Determine optimal marketing mix through channel performance tracking and reporting to optimize for continuous improvement 7. Identify valuable research and data opportunities (internal and external) and apply to support effective marketing initiatives 8. Design consumer centric communications by clearly articulating core campaign messaging across consumer lifecycle 9. Support optimization of website content and linkage to lift traffic and lead generation outputs 10. Track, measure and report all acquisition activities across channel and adjust strategy accordingly to ensure optimal impact 11. Prepare robust campaign briefs with clear and measurable objectives aligned to new business targets 12. Execute campaigns end to end in a timely manner and within budget 13. Manage marketing expenditure within approved budget to ensure optimal 14. Manage all relevant third party relationships including agencies and vendors 15. Manage stakeholder engagement, input and approval across all levels frontline to executive 16. Liaise and manage relationships with external suppliers such as advertising and design agencies 1

Demonstrate effective influencing abilities for both internal and external relationships Professional Qualifications and experience 10+ years experience in marketing 3+ years experience in Acquisition strategy development and execution to meet leads target Significant experience in planning, developing, executing and measuring effective integrated marketing communications across Direct Marketing, Digital, Direct Response Advertising, PR and Outbound Telemarketing channels Significant experience in planning media across multiple channels Significant experience in developing clearly defined acquisition messaging relevant to target market audiences Significant experience in analyzing and applying data and research findings to enrich marketing campaign effectiveness Proven track record in optimizing marketing budgets that drive optimal Return on Marketing Investment Experience in marketing within Retail/Financial Services industries desirable Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent preferred Skills and attributes 1. Commercially focused marketer 2. Results oriented individual 3. Naturally puts consumer at centre of all decisions and identifies impact to organization 4. Brand Health metrics APPENDIX I Key Priorities Develop 2 3 new channels/partners (ATL/BTL) that become a significant contributor for customer acquisition (leads to sales) through demand generation initiatives Orchestrate and drive disruptive PR strategies and campaigns to generate traffic & quality leads to website Drive the customer experience journey through the ongoing development of collaterals and communication across relevant touch points across the value chain Evaluate, test and drive customer acquisition marketing projects that drive customer growth as well compliments the current Digital & Association/Alliances marketing strategy and initiatives Manage brand health tracking as required Develop content as required to support customer journey, web refresh, SEO or any other acquisition/partner opportunity to drive demand generation/sales Manage customer analysis as required working closed with the marketing team to develop differentiated value propositions to support various triggers in the life insurance purchase cycle that improves conversations and conversions in the call centre. 5
