No. 670/XV-151/ April 2018 Tender Notice Victoria Memorial Hall, 1 Queen s Way, Kolkata ( ) invites sealed tenders for disposal of unserviceable materials etc.(as per list enclosed) on As is Where is Basis lying in the Staff quarter line of the VM. The tender in sealed cover should be superscribed with Quotation for disposal of unserviceable materials etc and should be sent to the Administrative Officer, Victoria Memorial Hall before 02 p.m. on The tenders will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. in the office chamber of the Administrative Officer. Tenderers/their representatives may remain present at the time of opening of tender, if they so desire. The tender should be accompanied by an earnest money deposit of Rs.30, (Rupees thirty thousand only) in the form of a Bank draft drawn in the favour of Victoria Memorial Hall payable at Kolkata. Please note that tender without the earnest money will be rejected outright. Reserved price is Rs.6,00, (Rupees six lac) only. The rates should be quoted exclusive of all taxes/gst etc, both in words and figures. As per notification no.36/2017 Central Tax (Rate) of and notification no.37/2017 integrated Tax (Rate) of Principal/seller being govt unit, so GST and cess on goods will be deposited by Buyer under Reverse charge mechanism. The successful bidder will have to deposit the bid amount in full by DD in favour of Victoria Memorial Hall payable at Kolkata within 3 working days on receipt of the letter of award. The unserviceable materials etc will have to be removed from VM campus by the successful bidder at their own cost within 7 days from as is where is basis. The intending tenderers are requested to visit the site and make on the spot inspection of the types and quality of unserviceable materials VMH desires to dispose off.
