5 Vendor AGREEMENT This year s festival will be held on April 30, 2016 from 10am-2pm at Westchester Commons (Rt. 288 & Midlothian Turnpike). Thank you for your interest in Richmond Animal League s Woofstock festival. Woofstock is RAL s festival to build awareness for the homeless pet population and to raise funds to advance RAL s mission, SAVING LIVES: providing help, hope, and homes for animals in need. Attendees and their dogs come out to complete the Strut Your Mutt fundraising dog walk, listen to great music, take part in canine contests, and visit local vendors. It is a day full of fun for the whole family, including Fido! Richmond Animal League (RAL), the area s oldest no-kill organization, has been finding homes for homeless pets in the Richmond area since Each year, over 1,700 dogs and cats are rescued from municipal animal control facilities across Central Virginia and transported back to the shelter, located near Chesterfield Towne Center. Once in RAL s care, they are given medical care including vaccinations, sterilization, microchips, and treatment for any illnesses along with lots of TLC until permanent, loving homes can be found. As a Woofstock vendor, we ask that you promote the event with your customers and supporters. Sample language may include: We are excited to be part of Richmond Animal League s Woofstock 2016 Festival at Westchester Commons on April 30 from 10am-2pm. Set up time for vendors begins at 7:00am. All vehicles need to be removed from the area by 9:00am. Parking is available within walking distance of the festival. We ask that vendors remain set up until the official ending of the event, 2:00pm. Saturday, April 30, RAL is not responsible for any items lost or damaged. Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Special arrangements are not guaranteed unless they are agreed upon, in writing, prior to the event date. Any special requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Signage may not be posted on, tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to trees or other wooden structures. Signage must not obstruct the view or impede the space of other exhibitors.
