You are a credit to your club and we are excited to see the noise levels grow to be even bigger and better in the coming seasons, with the introduction of our dedicated singing section positioned in the centre of the Lower Holmesdale to act as a focal point to help enhance the atmosphere even further. 5 additional benefits LADIES TICKETS Season Ticket holders for the 2019/20 season will also be able to continue to follow the Crystal Palace Ladies with 50% off a Season Ticket to watch the ladies at Hayes Lane, Bromley. The CPLFC Season Ticket will be available to purchase at tickets.cpfc.co.uk with the discount automatically applied in your account. 10% FREE E-CASH Add e-cash to your Season Ticket card when purchasing a 2019/20 Season Ticket and you will receive an additional 10% for free! E-cash can be loaded on to your Season Ticket card and used to make payments in concourses around the stadium. LOYALTY POINTS Give yourself the best chance to follow Palace away as well as at home - collect 500 Loyalty Points when you renew your Season Ticket for the 2019/20 season. 6 IMPORTANT INFORMATION MINOR SEAT RELOCATION For the first time in the 2019/20 season, we ll have a dedicated singing section in Block E of the Lower Holmesdale stand to improve our already famous atmosphere. This move has been accommodated by hundreds of fans sacrificing their seats, who will be moving to new seats throughout the ground. To keep these fans sat together with their friends and families, we will be asking a limited number of fans to move seats by one or two places in order to create small groups of seats together. If you are one of the fans who are asked to move a couple of seats, we ll ensure you re sat alongside friends or family and you will not be separated. Fans will be informed of the need to move after the Save Your Seat deadline by the Box Office. KEEP YOUR CARD If you renew your Season Ticket and are staying in the same age band for the new season, remember to keep your current Season Ticket card for the 2019/20 season. If you re changing your age band or Season Ticket seat location you will be provided with a new Season Ticket by the Box Office. WAITING LIST Give yourself the best possible chance of becoming a part of the Premier League s best atmosphere in 2019/20 by joining the Season Ticket Waiting List. 8 STADIUM ACCESSIBILITY The club encourages supporters with disabilities to inform us of their personal situation to make their matchday experience as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. Supporters with disabilities can purchase Season Tickets at a concession or junior rate, and if required the club will provide a Personal Assistant Season Ticket free of charge.
