1 JAGUAR LAND ROVER LIMITED NEW RANGE ROVER EVOQUE INTERNAL SITE TOUR PRIZE DRAW - TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions apply to the New Range Rover Evoque Internal Site Tour prize draw (the "Prize Draw"). The Prize Draw is entered by JLR employees. Entrants must visit the Internal Communications Team at one of the nine JLR sites during the Prize Draw Period and obtain a Reveal Card. Entrants whose Reveal Card contains the live for Liverpool image will win one night s stay at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool for the Winner plus one guest, including a 30 food voucher per person for use at the Hotel, plus access to the Hotel s thermal spa. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. By entering this Prize Draw you confirm your acceptance and agree to these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Prize Draw is promoted and managed by Jaguar Land Rover Limited; Registered in England and Wales; No ; Registered Office: Abbey Road, Whitley, Coventry, CV3 4LF, England (the "Promoter"). 3. These Terms and Conditions apply so far as the law permits so please read them carefully before entering. 4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Prize Draw. CAN I ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW? 5. The Prize Draw is free to enter (no purchase necessary). 6. This Prize Draw is open to Jaguar Land Rover employees residing in the United Kingdom. Entrants must be aged 18 and over. Proof of age will be required from all Prize Draw winners. 7. All Entrants must be employed by a Jaguar Land Rover Limited on the date of the Prize Draw and throughout the Prize Draw Period, and must not be serving a notice period to sever their employment contract at the date of the Prize Draw or at any point throughout the Period. 8. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. It will be the Promoter s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes. 9. The Prize Draw is open on and from 27 th November 2018 at 08:00 hours and closes on 7 th December 2018 at 17:00 hours (the Closing Date ) inclusive (the Prize Draw Period ). 10. Participants will be issued one Reveal Card (defined below) each. Any attempts to obtain and/or submit additional Reveal Cards will not be will not be counted or eligible to win.

2 11. The Prize Draw will require Entrants to visit one of the JLR site locations that the Internal Communications Team will be stationed at during the Prize Draw Period. 12. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if your conduct is contrary to the spirt or intention of the Prize Draw. HOW TO ENTER 13. To enter, simply visit one of the 9 (nine) JLR site locations that the Internal Communications Team will be stationed during the Prize Draw Period (either Whitley, Gaydon, Solihull, Halewood, Castle Bromwich, Wolverhampton (EMC), Wellesbourne, DC7/Classic and Fen End). Details of the specific time, date and location that the Internal Communications Team will be stationed at on each JLR site, plus access to the Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, will be promoted to all JLR employees on week commencing 19 th November 2018 via internal communications. A link to the Prize Draw s Terms and Conditions will also be provided on the back of the Reveal Card. Whilst on site, Entrants must collect a reveal card (the Reveal Card ) and reveal the image contained within. If your Reveal Card contains the live for Liverpool image, you are a Prize Draw winner. If your Reveal Card contains the live for the city image, you are not a Prize Draw Winner. Winners must present their Reveal Card and provide their name and contacts details to a member of the Internal Communications Team whilst on site on their day of entry. 14. Reveal Cards must be used whilst on site during the Prize Draw Period. 15. Only one Reveal Card will be issued per JLR employee. You may not obtain and/or submit a Reveal Card on behalf of another JLR employee. 16. If, for any reason, a technical interruption equipment failure, telephone failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure or site failure occurs and the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned or entries are not received or validly submitted or the Prize (as defined below) is disrupted, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw if necessary. 17. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries or entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit (regardless of cause) and any such entries will not be considered valid. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw if necessary. THE PRIZE 19. Entrants whose Reveal Cards contain the live for Liverpool image will be a Prize Draw winner (the "Winners"). There will be 9 (nine) Winners in total (one Winner at each of the JLR sites that the Internal Communication Team will be stationed at during the Prize Period). 20. The names of the Entrants who obtain a winning Reveal Card will be final. 21. The Winners will win the prize. The prize will be a 1 (one) night stay for the Winner plus one guest of your choice (the Guest ) at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool (the Hotel ), and 9 (nine) Prizes are available to be won. The Prize includes: 2

3 i. one night s stay at the Hotel for the Winner and your Guest in a superior room for two, including breakfast at the Hotel during your stay; ii. iii. a 30 (thirty pounds sterling) voucher per person towards Hotel food costs which can be used in the Hotel only, and may not be used towards alcoholic beverages; and access to the Hotel s thermal spa for the Winner and your Guest during your stay (subject to the Hotel s terms and conditions). (together the "Prize ). 22. The Winners Guests may be aged under 18. If your Guest is aged under 18, it is your sole responsibility to seek permission from the parent or legal guardian of your Guest. 23. Upon using the Reveal Card at the JLR site, Entrants will immediately find out if they are a Winner. 24. Winners will be contacted on 7 th December 2018 using the phone number or address provided to the Internal Communications Team and asked to confirm their name and that they accept the Prize. Full details of the Prize, including how to claim your stay at the Hotel the Hotel s information, and the Hotel s terms and conditions will also be provided to Winners. 25. Winners will also be asked if they consent to the Promoter using their name to announce that they are a winner of the Prize Draw: (i) on the Promoter s internal communications channels; and (ii) to any persons that contact the Promoter for details of the Prize Draw Winners. The Promoter will not announce the details of the Winner nor will they provide to any person details of the Prize Draw winner without the Winner s prior written consent. 26. Winners will be announced by the Promoter on 10 th December via JLR internal communications, in accordance with clause The Prize will be valid on and from 1st December 2018 to 30th November 2019, excluding bank holidays, New Year s Eve (31st December 2018) and Valentine s Day (14th February 2019), and Winners must book their stay at the Hotel within this time period. All bookings are subject to Hotel availability. 28. To claim your Prize and book your stay at the Hotel, Winners must contact the Internal Communications Team with the date you d like to book your stay via the following address: employee@jaguarlandrover.com by 30 th January 2019, and your booking will be arranged with the Hotel on your behalf by a member of the Internal Communication Team. A booking confirmation will be sent to the address provided by the Winner. 29. Participants may only win one prize throughout the duration of the Prize Draw. 30. There are no cash or credit alternative prizes and the Prize is non-transferable and nonnegotiable. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. 31. If the Promoter subsequently discovers the Winner is ineligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions or foul play or unethical conduct is suspected under these Terms and Conditions then the Promoter reserves the right to not award the Prize. 3

If the Prize offered is unavailable, cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will not be able to offer an alternative and will not owe any further liability to the Winner. The Winner will not be entitled to any monetary equivalent or compensation for costs or expenses incurred or suffered in connection with taking up the Prize. 33. Winners accept that the Prize could be cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the Promoter. 34. In the event that any Winner is unable to take up the Prize for any reason they must notify Promoter immediately. In this circumstance, the Prize will not be granted to an alternative entrant. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize. 35. You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter will not be responsible for the costs and/or arrangement of the Winners and their guests travel to and from the Hotel as part of the Prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses (including room charges or any additional Hotel services/charges) accrued by the Winners and their Guests during your stay. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will only be responsible for the costs of the Prize as detailed in clause In all circumstances, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. LIABILITIES 37. Neither the Promoter or its affiliates, agents, officers or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Prize Draw or as a result of an entrant's participation in it, participation in any of the activities or as a result of the Winner winning, participating in, collecting or enjoying the Prize and/or the Prize Draw, or if the Prize Draw does not run as planned. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected. 38. The Promoter may change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Prize Draw at their absolute discretion and without incurring liability as a result unless the Prize has been awarded. USE OF PERSONAL DATA 39. By entering this Prize Draw you are providing information to the Promoter. 40. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that the Promoter (and its agents, contractors and group members on its behalf) may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) you provide in your Prize Draw entry and in the process of entering: (a) (b) To enable them to administer your entry in the Prize Draw, including deciding whether it accords with these Terms and Conditions; To notify you if you are a Winner. If you are a Winner you agree that the Promoter may use your name to announce that you are a winner of this Prize Draw via the Promoter s internal communications and/or to any persons who contact the Promoter to find out 4
