3 Prince George s Exhibit Hall Opportunities Marketing opportunities do not constitute or imply endorsement by DLA or the Department of Defense (DoD) of the marketing partner s products and services. All opportunities are exclusive unless otherwise noted below. Aisle Signs Your company s logo will be prominently featured on eight hanging aisle signs in the exhibit hall, providing maximum visibility for your company. You provide the logo; we handle design and production. Investment: $15,000 Entrance Banner Be the first brand attendees see upon arrival by placing your logo on the atrium level banner, located on the main entrance wall. Banner is 20 w x 5 high. Cost of banner production not included. Investment: $2,000 Foyer Hanging Signs Drive traffic to your booth with these prominent foyer signs featuring your company s marketing message. These two-sided hanging signs (23 w x h) are located near the exhibit hall entrance. Cost of banner production not included. Investment: $1,500 Banners Whether you wish to promote your brand, enhance a new product, or call attention to your booth number, these large banners can be a powerful tool in your exposition marketing plan. Banners are 10 x 15 singlesided, located on the front wall inside Exhibit Hall B. Marketing partner designs the banner; cost of banner production not included. Five opportunities available. Column Wraps Wraps are cost-effective and extremely eye catching! Place your company s marketing message on eight (8) ten-foot wraps surrounding Prince George s Exhibit Hall B. Your design will appear on all four sides of the columns. Marketing partner is responsible for production costs. Investment: $10,000 Desk Banner Place your company s marketing message on a designed banner located above the built-in desk near exhibit hall entrance. The banner is w x 24 h. Cost of banner production not included. Investment: $1,000 Foyer Mirror Clings Drive traffic to your booth with these prominent mirror clings strategically placed along the Prince George s Exhibit Hall Foyer. Each cling is 40 wide x 98 high and will be spaced along the foyer mirror. Marketing partner designs the clings; we handle the rest. Two opportunities available. Deadlines apply. 4 Presentation Theater Opportunities The Presentation Theater in the exhibit hall features 30-minute sessions presented by exhibitors that provide attendees with an excellent opportunity to explore innovative ideas and solutions. Sessions that highlight case studies, best practices, or the latest trends are recommended. These sessions are free to all attendees and will be promoted before and during the show. Gold Partner (exclusive): Position your company as an industry thought leader as a Gold Partner of the Presentation Theater. Your company will receive exclusing branding of the theater including company naming rights and placement on the backdrop as well as Gold Partner identification on entrance signage; bag insert; three (3) all-access passes; and three (3) 30-minute speaking slots in the theater. Investment: $28,000 Silver Partner (two available): As a Silver Partner, your company will receive prime placement on the entrance signage; bag insert; two (2) all-access passes; and two (2) 30-minute speaking slots in the theater. Investment: $14,000 Bronze Partner (four available): Feature your brand in the Presentation Theater as a Bronze Partner. This opportunity includes inclusion on entrance sigange; (one) 1 all-access pass; and one (1) 30-minute speaking slot in the theater. Investment: $7,000 Presentation Theater Session Each session is 30 minutes; time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These sessions will be marketed to attendees leading up to and through the conference. Investment: $2,000 4

5 Additional Opportunities Coffee Cart Your company will be top-of-mind as attendees grab a cup of joe during the conference. This highvisibility opportunity features your company logo on an espresso cart with two baristas for up to eight (8) hours. Your logo will also appear on daily schedule signage. Option to put collateral material on/near coffee stand (Marketing Partner provides materials). Investment: $6,500 Water Coolers Make sure attendees know who is quenching their thirst with your logo on water coolers located throughout the exhibit hall lobby. Four opportunities available. Investment: $1,500/cooler Badge Lanyards See your company name and logo on the official lanyard that holds attendee badges at WWEC. These lanyards are distributed to all attendees and are designed to be used throughout the events to display the required credentials. Marketing partner is responsible for production and shipping; show management must approve design. Conference Tote Bags Everyone will see your brand coming and going when you sponsor the official WWEC tote bags, which will be available for pickup in the exhibit hall. This durable tote bag will continue to be used by attendees long after returning to their offices. Marketing partner is responsible for production and shipping; show management must approve design. Pens or Pen & Pad Set Attendees are always looking for something to write on and write with and this attractive notepad and pen combo, imprinted with your company s logo, will fit the bill perfectly! These pens or pen & pad sets will be distributed with the conference tote bags. Marketing partner is responsible for production and shipping; show management must approve design. Investment: $1,500 Charging Stations Always crowded and constantly used by attendees, these charging stations provide maximum visibility in the exhibit hall foyer and lounge area. You provide your logo, we do the rest. Investment: $1,500 each Hospitality Opportunities As a Hospitality Marketing Partner, we ll work with your company to provide attendees with snacks and beverages at key locations in the exhibit hall. This is a great way to expand your presence outside of your booth, meet new customers, further your conversations, and provide tasty treats that will be appreciated by all! Your company s logo will appear on onsite signage, directing attendees to your event, as well as a push notification sent through the mobile app. Multiple opportunities are available that can be customized to your marketing goals and spend.
