3 INTRODUCTIONS ABOUT ME A self-proclaimed Edmonton enthusiast with a background in communications and graphic design. Has volunteered with several diverse non-profit organizations in Edmonton's arts and music communities, including a music festival. Graduated with diplomas in Public Relations as well as Digital Arts and Media from MacEwan University Has worked as the EFCL s Communications Officer since June 2017

8 DISADVANTAGES OF SOCIAL MEDIA Social media can be time consuming If you see that one platform has more engagement than another, focus on one Can run into negative comments or trolls Not everyone is on social media Privacy concerns
