2 LAKEFEST 2017 Saturday 4 th November Lakelands Primary School P&C would like to invite you to support your local school community. Lakelands Primary School is proud to announce LAKEFEST 2017, which will be held Saturday, 4 th November 2017 on the Lakelands Primary School Oval and surrounds. This event aims to not only be a fundraiser for our local school, but a fantastic community event for everyone to enjoy. It will include entertainment by local groups, children s rides and activities, small business stalls, food trucks as well as exhibits. We are very proud to be a part of this school community and are excited to be opening the school s gates to the wider community. We would be thrilled for you to be a part of this event. A sponsorship from your company would not only help us to make this event an enormous success, but also provides a fantastic way for your company to gain exposure in your local community and generate goodwill among your potential customers. Our school community has grown rapidly, and now exceeds over 465 families, and with planning underway, we hope to attract between 5,000 and 8,000 patrons to LAKEFEST Not only will you be satisfied that your sponsorship funds are benefiting children in your own local community, but you will receive tangible benefits that provide real value. With an extensive marketing campaign planned for LAKEFEST 2017, which includes media opportunities, roadside banners, posters and flyers, your company will have significant exposure in the immediate local community as well as the Peel Region. Your company s logo will be included in all of the advertising for LAKEFEST We would also be privileged to promote your business throughout our school community and our local community via newsletter, Facebook and word of mouth. A copy of LAKEFEST 2017 sponsorship levels has been enclosed for your consideration. We are also currently seeking donations in the forms of products or services to be used towards free activities on the day, raffle prizes and auction items at LAKEFEST Sponsorships will need to be confirmed by 31 st of July 2017 to ensure inclusion in our marketing materials. A donation of this magnitude will provide LAKEFEST 2017 the necessary support required to supply the infrastructure that will support the rides, entertainment attractions and publicity costs to ensure large crowds are flowing through the gates all day, whilst keeping the costs to families affordable and desirable.
