The AGS Global Networking summit is designed for airports to meet with ground service providers from around the world. When awarding ground services contracts, the selection process can be time-consuming. We can help you with an ideal solution for those senior individuals responsible for the appointment of ground service providers by introducing you to new vendors. Pre-arranged appointments will be made in an environment in which contracts can be discussed in complete privacy. An identifiable return on the investment of staff, time and money is what every company is looking for. It is increasingly important for key managers to make the right decision when it comes to choosing the best-fit ground service providers to operate at airports. We will manage an ideal setting for airports to explore the marketplace for suitable future partnerships. We will ensure that this is the optimum use of time when away from the office. 2

The show takes place over two days to ensure the most efficient time spent out of the office is possible. 4. There is no conference element of the show, meaning people will be fully accessible when they are not in meetings or attending to calls/ s. 5. Our delegate rate is 1,350, which includes all networking meetings arranged and setup, as well as entry to all lunches and breaks. 6. We have a number of meeting rooms that are readily available for all delegates to use and meet with their customers, free of charge. 7. There will be attendees responsible for airline procurement of ground services attending this show. 8. Spouses/partners will be able to attend the welcome reception and networking dinner free of charge. In order to go further with the usual feedback received from delegates, we will introduce an anonymous scoring system based on how productive you believe the meetings were. Green signals that the meeting was very productive, that you were fully engaged, and there is a high chance that you will keep in touch with the other party. Orange means that the meeting was relevant, cordial and there may be a chance to work together in the future. Red signals that the meeting was either a formality or no acknowledgment of any future plan to work together in any capacity was noted. Red also signals that either the contact was not specifically pertinent or that the service required was not provided by the GSP.
