1 What is the difference between Direct and Fulfillment Orders? At least 95% of your orders are Direct Orders. This means that once the sale is made on your site the broker processes the transaction, meaning they handle the credit card transaction, ship the tickets and handle any customer service that we send them resulting from the order. For Fulfillment orders, our Reps process the transaction including the credit card and shipping of the tickets. TicketNetwork will also handle all Customer Service related to the order. Because our internal costs are higher on Fulfillment orders we structure the markup differently. This helps to both offset our costs while keeping your commission as high as possible. Can I get an every time I get an order? You need to login to web admin to see order information from your site How do I change my markup? Submit a support ticket with the new markup or your account manager with the new markup. Your request should be: Direct markup Fulfillment markup Service fee How do I put Google Analytics on my Hosted Template site? Submit a support ticket with the Google Analytics code and we will load it for you. How do I put Sales Tracking code on the Checkout? Submit a support ticket and we will load the code on the sale page of the checkout. Where and how do I set up Promo Codes? Follow these Steps: Log in to your Web Admin and look under Tools, Promo Code Management Select the Add Tab Select the site you want the Promo code set up under: Choose a Site Under Code: Type in your Promo Code (make sure no spaces or dashes are used or it will not work) Under Type: Select Percentage Discount (If you are not a Broker you cannot select Gift Card and you should not select Flat Discount as TN has tickets as low as $5 in the Exchange) Under Discount %: Remember that all discounts are coming out of your commission so be conservative. Under Expires: In order to avoid overuse, select a reasonable expiration date. You can always make a new Promo Code. Under Description: This is for your reference only. Under Activated: Select Yes Under Applies to: Select Subtotal

2 Under Min Purchase $: Depending on reason for setting up the Promo code you can set a Minimum Purchase threshold here. I have retyped my password too many times into Web Admin and now I am locked out, now what? Wait fifteen minutes and it will unlock and allow you try again. If still doesn t work, contact your account manager for a reset. When can I expect to see my first commission payment? You will receive a check for your commissions on or around the 25th of the month, for the previous month s sales. How can I keep track of the sales for affiliates or for specific campaigns? You can use our PPCSRC tracking where you append a code that you create to your site URL. This will track on your sales report. The format is where code is any alphanumeric code you assign. If you have a Plug-in or Web Services site follow the steps below: This piece of JavaScript needs to be added to every page of your website: <script type="text/javascript"> var tn_query = window.location.search.replace('?','&') +"&"; var tn_ppc_src_start = tn_query.indexof("&ppcsrc=") + 8; if(tn_ppc_src_start!= 7) { var tn_ppc_src =tn_query.substring(tn_ppc_src_start, tn_query.indexof('&',tn_ppc_src_start)).replace(/;/g,''); var tn_expdate = new Date(); tn_expdate.setdate(tn_expdate.getdate()+1); document.cookie = "tn_ppc_src="+tn_ppc_src +"; expires="+tn_expdate.togmtstring()+"; path=/"; } </script> That s all that s necessary for plugin sites. For webservices sites, the saved tn_ppc_src cookie will need to be explicitly passed to checkout. The exact code to do this may differ, but here s an example of how our sites do it. <script type="text/javascript" language="javascript"> //grab cookie on page load

3 var cookie_tn_ppc_src =''; var tn_cookies = '; '+document.cookie + ';'; var ppc_src_start =tn_cookies.indexof('; tn_ppc_src=') + 13; if(cookie_ppc_src_start!= 12)a cookie_tn_ppc_src = '&ppcsrc=' + tn_cookies.substring(ppc_src_start, tn_cookies.indexof(';', ppc_src_start)); function SubmitPurchaseLink(idNum,info) {..... document.location = ' escape(info)+cookie_tn_ppc_src+'&treq=' + }..... </script> I would like to add a Newsletter link to my site, can you suggest anyone?
