Of course, we cannot offer any young player who enters our Academy system a guarantee they will go on to enjoy in a career in professional football but we promise to give them every opportunity to progress and your backing as a Potters Foundation Member should not be under-estimated. We know that many of you also show your support for the Academy by regularly attending our Under-18 and Under-21 games.
