We will create an exciting camp and summer fun expo for day camps, sleepaway camps, special needs programs & camps, summer programs, expert advisers, and summer fun destinations. It will all take place within the beautiful and expansive Dulles Town Center mall. Cost Effective and Time Efficient Over the two-day expo, exhibitors will connect to potentially hundreds of parents and children. who are determined to gather details about their camp options and learn about summer activities for the entire family in a fun-filled environment. We ll have plenty for the kids to do while parents focus on the best programs for their children. You ll be able to promote your services to this group of affluent and well-educated families. Powerful Promotion Washington Parent magazine, with its strong reach in the Northern Virginia community, brings its full marketing capabilities. With our own monthly magazine (online and in print) and an array of other vehicles including a weekly e-newsletter, an award-winning seasonal camp e- newslettter, a regularly updated website and a microsite created for the expo, we are sure to target the perfect audience. Your company name will be associated with an organization that s been a targeted, tested, trusted name in parenting for 30 years. Our relationships with media outlets, parenting blogs and community partners in the region will create the perfect promotional blend that is sure to drive a huge audience to the already busy Dulles Town Center mall. 2 Dulles Town Center is a 554-acre master planned commercial, retail and office park in Dulles, Virginia. Within the planned development, Dulles Town Center mall is a two-level, sixdepartment store anchored super-regional mall comprised of approximately 1.4 million square feet of retail space that includes Nordstrom, Macy s, Lord & Taylor, JC Penney, Sears, Dick s Sporting Goods, P.F. Chang s China Bistro, The Cheesecake Factory, Benihana and 185 exclusive retailers including Abercrombie and Fitch, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Caché, H&M, LOFT, Swarovski among others. The average Saturday brings 25,000+ shoppers and 23,000+ on Sunday. The expo will be featured on its website shopdullestowncenter.com. Bonus Features Dulles Town Center mall will provide a center court banner beginning on 1/23/13 and will be displayed through Sunday, 2/24/13. Dulles Town Center mall will provide eight (8) promotional posters that will be displayed throughout the mall beginning 1/23/13 and will be posted throughout the event. Notes Due to changing floor layouts specific booth locations cannot be requested. You will receive your general booth location one week prior to the expo. You will be notified of your specific booth number when you check in on Saturday, 2/23/13. Each exhibitor is encouraged to bring his/her own company display and signage. Interactive activities are encouraged within your exhibit space so that you can draw in the crowd to learn more about you and vice versa! All skirting will be the color gold. (the event exhibitor), Dulles Town Center Mall, L.L.C., Lerner Corporation, Lerner Enterprises, Taleco Partners, L.L.C., Owner and all members and partners of Owner from and against all liabilities, fines, claims, damages, actions, costs, causes of action including loss of life and injuries to persons, loss of property, and expenses of any kind or nature, including attorney fees, in any way related to the use of the Space by the Exhibitor or any activities of Exhibitor, its employees, agents, performers, contractors and invitees herein arising in whole or in part from participating in the Northern Virginia Camp & Summer Fun Expo at Dulles Town Center mall on February 23, 2013 and February 24, Exhibitor does hereby release the above parties on behalf of itself and of those persons under its direction and control from any and all liability whatsoever arising from delivery, installation, operation, removal of exhibit display, and participation in The Northern Virginia Camp & Summer Fun Expo at Dulles Town Center mall on February 23, 2013 and February 24, 2013.

5 In the event of cancelation of the special event, promotion or expo due to inclement weather or other unforeseen occurrence, Knollwood Publications, Inc. (the event exhibitor), Dulles Town Center Mall, L.L.C., Lerner Corporation, Lerner Enterprises, Taleco Partners, L.L.C., and Owner shall not be obligated to refund any portion of the exhibit fees paid by the exhibitor.
