1 JOB DESCRIPTION Rle Title Reprts t Cntent & Grwth Marketing Manager Head f Digital Purpse f the rle The Cntent & Grwth Marketing Manager will play a pivtal rle in the delivery f NbleOak s digital marketing strategy and cntent develpment. In particular, the rle will be respnsible fr defining, refining and implementing a cmprehensive cntent and rganic lead generatin strategy. Reprting t the Head f Digital, the Cntent & Grwth Marketing Manager will ideally have wrked in a cntent and grwth rle within a start-up r high-grwth envirnment with strng cpywriting and technical skills (e.g. search engine ptimisatin) and a very gd eye fr detail. The rle will require an energetic, self-starter with a strng capability in cntent writing, editing, technical analysis, research and experimentatin. The rle will als be required t stay ahead f emerging trends in search and implement creative slutins aligned with ur custmer value prpsitin wherever pprtunities are identified. The Cntent & Grwth Marketing Manager will wrk clsely with the marketing, sales, new business, underwriting, prduct and custmer service teams t identify pprtunities t imprve rganic search visibility and ensure all cmmunicatins and relatinships are utilised as part f the businesses verall cntent strategy. This will include generating cntent fr distributin via PR and thrugh ur partnership netwrks. Key Accuntabilities The Cntent & Grwth Marketing Manager will be accuntable fr the fllwing activities and KPIs. 1. Cntent Strategy & Organic Search (65%) Yu will be respnsible fr designing, develping, refining and delivering a prgressive Cntent Strategy fr the business. This will include: Ownership and nging management f the Cntent Plan, Cntent Calendar and Cntent Resurces; Defining the Brand Vice and ensuring all cntent is aligned; Keywrd research and cntent pprtunity identificatin; Briefing and management f cntent prductin: In-huse, including cpywriting fr landing pages, blgs etc. Thrugh agencies and freelancers, ensuring cntent is delivered n n time and t budget Management f strategic cntent prjects and asset builds (e.g. infgraphics, vides, calculatrs etc.); 1

2 Review and quality cntrl f key cntent written fr digital and ther marketing purpses, including brchures, advertisements and EDMs; Writing, editing and cpywriting f cntent acrss NbleOak as required; Optimisatin f cntent and landing pages t imprve search engine visibility; Cntent publicatin and scheduling; Implementatin f effective cntent amplificatin strategies acrss scial media, cntent distributin netwrks (e.g. Tabla, Outbrain) and partner websites t drive leads; Implement a market leading grwth strategy that imprves the rank and visibility f the NbleOak website in rganic search results. This will include managing all aspects f n-site search engine ptimisatin, including: Regular technical audits and assessments t ensure the website is ptimally accessible and easily understd by bth search engines and end users; Update n-page web cpy t ensure each page achieves maximum search engine visibility; Manage internal linking structures and technical linking functins (e.g. 301 redirects, 404 redirects); Implement, manage and reprt n list f mnthly n-site hygiene factrs and BAU activities; Manage all aspects f ff-site search engine ptimisatin, including link building strategy, link utreach, cntent placement and citatin ptimisatin, leveraging the supprt f agencies where required Key Perfrmance Indicatrs 2. CRO (25%) Achieve and maintain rganic search grwth f 75% YY Leverage systems and tls t identify pprtunities t imprve nline custmer experiences at each stage in the funnel pre and pst-qute; Design, develp and deply experiments t test grwth hyptheses and imprve cnversin rates leveraging agile framewrks; Cnvert successful experiments int actinable plans t rll-ut acrss different channels and custmer audiences; Key Perfrmance Indicatrs Achieve and maintain cnversins rates at scale fr each channel in line with targets Achieve and maintain an verall click t leads cnversin rate f 15%+ 3. Grwth Prjects (10%) Identify grwth pprtunities designed t lift website user grwth by 5x and manage dedicated prjects t test hyptheses. 2

4 Required Experience & Skills At least 5+ years experience managing cntent and grwth campaigns preferably in a startup r high-grwth envirnment Technical prficiency in the implementatin and use f Cntent, SEO and CRO tls (e.g. Ggle Analytics, Ggle Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Optimizely, VWO etc.) Very strng writing, editing and cpywriting skills Practive self-starter with strng prblem slving skills Strng cmmunicatin, prject management and stakehlder management skills Experience in life insurance r financial services will be a strng advantage 4
