ETF applies to equipment purchased with a service commitment. Mobile Share Value Plans: Up to ten devices per plan. Additional monthly charge per device. Tethering and Mobile Hotspot use are permitted with up to five (5) simultaneous devices. Data: If you exceed the amount of data in your plan during your billing period, an additional 300MB, 500MB or 1GB is automatically provided as specified in your rate plan. All data allowances, including overages, must be used in the billing period in which the allowance is provided, or they will be forfeited. Monthly discount: Available to students of qualified educational institutions and qualified employees of companies and/or government agencies with a qualified business agreement ( Business Agreement ). Must provide student I.D. or requisite proof of employment. Eligibility for offer ceases when you are no longer a qualified student or employee. Family Talk plans: Service discount applies only to primary line. At this time, unlimited calling plans, plans below $39.99, Pre-paid Services and Unity/Combined Bill plans are not eligible to receive the discount. Are my home wire line services (DSL, Home Phone, U-Verse) eligible for the monthly service discount? At this time only wireless service from AT&T is eligible for the monthly service discount. Will I be required to sign a new agreement to enroll in the Program? You are not required to sign a new agreement to enroll in the discount program unless your current wireless agreement has expired or you are under an 11 month commitment. Enrollment requires an active 2 year agreement to be in place. Are iphone plans eligible? Yes, iphone 3G/3GS/4/4S plans are eligible. iphone 2G plans are not currently eligible to receive the discount. What is the Premier employee site? The Premier Employee Site is created and hosted by AT&T. It is an online resource dedicated solely to your company employees and is available 24/7. This site allows you explore the AT&T offerings, find support, sign up for new service or add to existing service. Please check the current offers periodically as the best offers are always on line and these are updated frequently as new products are released. You will also find live online support chat available here. Do I need to mention a company code (also referred to as an IRU FAN#) on the Premier site when placing an order? The Premier Employee Site automatically enrolls you when placing an order for new service. If you already have service with AT&T but are not enrolled yet, you may click on the Discounts Registration link and follow the instructions to register (see above). A discount code is required in our Company Owned Retail Stores and when contacting our support lines listed below. Can I enroll my line if the bill is in the name or my spouse or other family member? The discount is extended through your company as an employee benefit. The account must be in the name/liability of the employee to qualify. Can you purchase the same devices that are available through the Premier online site at the corporate retail stores? It is possible that the Premier site offers a device that is not currently offered through the retail channel and vice versa. Enrollment can take up to two billing cycles to take effect on your existing monthly bill. Once it has been applied, the discount will appear as National Account Discount in the Credits, Adjustments and Other section of your bill. Is it possible to keep my current number if I decide to move my service to AT&T? Absolutely! This is often referred to as porting or transferring your number. You may do this at an AT&T Company owned store or on your Premier site by selecting the Transfer my existing number to a new account option.
