The new interface is user-friendly and intuitive and there are even more features that will keep your business running strong. Predefined Offer Channels Predefined Offer Channels are like the offer channels you create, except NimbleCommerce has curated them for you. We create them and you simply activate them for your site. Instant Inventory: Streamline and automate the process of reserving, not just one offer, but several network offers with just a few clicks. Automated Vertical Markets: Perhaps you want spa deals, or golf deals or travel deals? Pick up a vertical market the way you would pick up a network offer. It s So Easy: Just browse Channels from the left navigation bar to find ready-made channels. All you need to do is map the categories to get Instant Inventory. 3 Improved Offer Ordering Capabilities You speak we listen. Offer Ordering controls how your published offers display on your site in relation to each other. Like designing a store front window, it matters. Now with Offer Ordering 2.0, you have tools to do that more effectively. Why You ll Love It Control and Consistency: Organize the order of your offers and then lock it in until a specified expiration date, down to the minute. Transparency with Warnings and Overrides: If you try to change the order before that expiration date, you ll get a warning message and a prompt to override and reset the expiration date. Accuracy and Efficiency: Now you can select subcategories to find your offers for category-specific deal ordering. Star-Logic Updates: Look for more updates in HotFixes coming soon! Better Voucher Features Multiple Voucher Templates For prepaid offers, you can now create as many customized voucher templates as you want. Voucher Barcode Updates Now barcodes are defined per template instead of per merchant. Why You ll Love It Design Control: Template-specific barcodes gives you more control over the final design of each offer s voucher. In the Know: You have more information at your fingertips as you create offers and select the templates because you ll know which barcode is associated with it. The Rolling Expiration Date You could always assign start and expiration dates to manage when vouchers could be redeemed, but this new feature offers flexibility that customers and merchants will appreciate. Instead of selecting global start and end dates, you now can define those dates based on days, hours and minutes from the time of purchase. Why You ll Love It Kill Last Minute Stress: Now customers who find the offer late in the game won t be deterred by time factors. There s no rush to redeem that offer so they ll be more likely to purchase it. Traffic Control: With rolling dates, the increase of business is more controlled for merchants. 5 UPDATES More Ways to Offer Credits Offering Promotion Code credits is a valuable tool for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. The No Promo Code Campaign Let your customers convert registration promo codes to credits that can be used toward any purchase at any time.* With this feature, registration promo codes can be available to registered customers. They enter the code on their My Credits page and the credit is applied to their balance. It s a simple toggle to select for you, but makes a world of difference to them. *You can still set expiration dates on these credits for motivation and risk control. NOTE: RESTRICT THE USE OF EACH CODE SO THEY CANNOT BE REUSED. Refer a Friend Choices: Before: Choose from one of the two different Refer a Friend programs. Now: Choose both! 6 Updates for Your Merchants You can cast a wider net to capture the business of all kinds of merchants with these updates to the Merchant Portal. The more options our service has the less limited your range of business. Reflect the way your merchants do business. Multiple Employee Logins: If they have multiple employees who need access to the merchant portal, give them the option to have multiple logins associated with their Merchant account. No longer limited to one login ID per merchant account, the merchant portal now accepts individual logins with their own credentials. Multiple Merchant Accounts: For those merchants who run multiple businesses, give them the option to associate their one login ID ( address) to multiple merchant accounts. They ll receive customer lists and notifications from multiple accounts at the one address too. Small but Still Important These updates are small but they ll make a big difference to you, your customers and your merchants. Access Control: New employee permissions that enable/disable the ability to mark merchant payouts or view the merchant payout page. By default, these will not be selected. Hide a Live Offer: With one click, temporarily hide a live offer from the site not need for redirect. When you re ready, unhide it just as quickly. Simplified Checkout: Customers don t have to choose their credit card type anymore. They simply enter their number and it s automatically recognized. Less clicks, more buys. Refund Responsibility: Now you can assign Responsibility (Split, Merchant or Me) for each Refund Reason Mobile Updates: Customers can now check their order status with their smartphone or tablet.
