I send some pictures, regarding of Internet cafe business and minor variance application. My name is Hye Seung, Kang as one owner of Internet cafe business. (The other owner is my husband, Tae Kwan, Eum.) We took over this business at May 28th, Previous owner did not explain to us about this situation. When Brett Bradbeer(Provincial Offences Officer) visited to check our store and he said this business is illegal. I was so panic and shocked. Anyways,I will explain about internet cafe business as much as I can. This building was built at 1978 year and my unit is 1000 sq. ft. # Steeles Ave West, Vaughan, On. L4J 2L1 B: (905) C:(416) We offer: Internet access( , you tube, yahoo, google, MS word/excel, typing documents, pc game, chatting, etc.) Scan/ Print/ Photo copy/ Fax We have 27 computers and 1 main computer at counter. 27 chairs. 1 all in one machine for fax, copy, scan, photo copy., 2 washrooms. We open 9AM-11PM weekday and 9AM-3AM weekend Customers pay money per 30 min or hours they want, and they use computer. I have a food handler certificate. At attach files, you can see the shelf divided by four (size L 128cm /W 50cm / H 140cm) and Refrigerator (size L 70cm /W 70cm/ H 2m) These things make up about 1/10size of the whole store space. The shelf is for food stuff(packaged goods, such as chip, chocolate, candy) and refrigerator is for drink such as water, pop, juice. You can say why internet business should go with food stuff. But people buy popcorn, nacho, coffee, drink, etc. when they go to see the movie at movie theatre. You understand it is similar business. When customers visit to our store, they look for drink and snack while they are playing the game, watching you tube, making document, etc for fun with friends. Food stuff is not our main sales. That is for just customers service. But we also need license to sell food stuff, too. Most of other internet cafe business are sell food stuff with internet service. Please understand this kind of our internet cafe business and help me to operate my business legally. Thank you for sharing your time and sorry for my English is not good to write the letter professionally. I will wait for good news. Hye Seung, Kang and Tae Kwan, Eum 11 attachments COUNTER.JPG 1212K
