6 SEO - The Work We Do The purpose of this document is to provide you with a list of activities we undertake in the provision of SEO. Note Regarding Omissions Of Volumes Of Output You will note we do not list or guarantee the volumes of work we undertake per SEO package, or even generally. This is a deliberate omission and one we will not change. There are two reasons for this: 1. Google's algorithm changes regularly as we all know. We need to retain the flexibility to modify our work processes and flows proactively to Google's changes, without consultation with clients. 15 Terms and conditions: General: will not initiate the services outlined in this authority document until this authority document has been signed and returned and payment for services has been made (either by credit card provided or other means). Upon receipt of this fully completed and authorised document, JY75 will initiate the services as outlined and arrange to debit the initial fee for services as prescribed. Where this document is returned after the proposed commencement date, the date of return (or date as soon as practicable thereafter) will automatically become the commencement date. In this event the initial fee will be pro- rata of the monthly fee prescribed. All fees as outlined will be collected through Westpac Bank merchant and direct debit facilities. * With all Google Adwords campaigns, call tracking will also be provided. By signing this page, the client agrees that it has elected to implement the call recording services and that calls to business acquired from the Campaign may be recorded. Ongoing fees: will collect fees at the commencement of the prescribed periods until the cessation of the services as outlined. Fee collection will occur no earlier than three business days prior to the service period. In the event that this is a weekend, fee collection may be delayed until after the commencement date at the sole discretion of JY75. Rights and Obligations: JY75 will not provide any details contained within this document to any third party without your express permission to do so, or where a legal obligation exists to do so. Should you wish to alter the terms of this agreement then a written request must be provided to JY75 not after 14 days prior to the date that service alterations are being requested. A request for service alteration does not constitute agreement to do so by JY75. Should you have any queries or concerns at all please direct these to JY75 directly, using either one of the contact details above, or by contacting directly your service representative. It is expected that you will maintain sufficient funds available on the credit card or in the bank account to allow the agreed payment arrangements as prescribed in this document to take place. Failure to do so will see all transactions fees and a $10 administration charge (+GST) applied to your account. You may change your credit card or bank account details by completing a new copy of this form and providing to JY75 not later than 14 days prior to the next scheduled date for service payment. Acceptance of altered details is not confirmed until you have received written notice of this from JY75. Disputes: If you believe that a fee has been charged incorrectly we request you to bring this to the attention of JY75 either on the contact details above or directly through your service consultant. Where a dispute is lodged JY75 will investigate the issue and advise in writing within two business days. Should a payment have been withdrawn incorrectly then this can be refunded or applied to a future service transaction at the discretion of the client (you). 16 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Web Design Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is nonrefundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Jason Yates and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. Web Development Payments for custom web development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Jason Yates and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. Search Engine Optimisation, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization Payments for Search Engine Optimisation, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization services are non-refundable, and Jason Yates do not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are non-refundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Jason Yates in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Jason Yates and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. Chargebacks If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be Cancellation Policy 2.0

17 suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment. Website Hosting Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not cancelled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received. If client paid for hosting account for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount. Jason Yates reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
