By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. CONTEST PERIOD: 1. This Contest will commence from 1 March 2019 to 31 May 2019 ( Contest Period ). 2. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice. ELIGIBILITY: 3. The contest is open to all Mastercard Cardholders with Contactless Payment. 4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in said Contest: Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser (and its related companies) and Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organiser. TESCO s manufacturers and/or suppliers. CONTEST SUBMISSION: 5. By paying via Contactless Payment with a Mastercard during the contest period, customers will be automatically enrolled for #TescoPricelessMoments with Mastercard contest when customers: i. Tap & go RM50 & above, up to RM250 in a single receipt for every Mastercard Contactless Payment at any Tesco stores. Please keep your credit/debit/prepaid card Tesco payment receipt for verification purpose upon winning. Only CONTACTLESS ENTRY will be eligible for this contest, (Credit/Debit/prepaid card Tesco payment receipt will indicate CONTACTLESS ENTRY) and other form of payment mode will not be entertain. ii. Express your #TescoPricelessMoments by taking a photo creatively with your Mastercard iii. Upload your creative photo onto Instagram with #TescoPricelessMoments. iv. Set Instagram profile to PUBLIC v. 2 Winners per month for 3 months, and 1 Grand Prize winner will be chosen from the monthly winners at end of the contest period. vi. To be an eligible winner, he/she who has been selected must be able to provide APPR CODE: Rxxxxx number from the credit / debit /prepaid Tesco payment receipt made at Tesco Only vii. Winners would need to present the original Credit/Debit Tesco Payment receipt at Tesco Headquarters for verification purpose to collect their winning /prizes.

Tap & go RM50 & above, up to RM250 in a single receipt for every Mastercard Contactless Payment, in any Tesco Stores/Express Stores in Malaysia, using a Mastercard Credit, Debit or Prepaid Contactless Card. 7. Each Contactless Payment transaction (within price range mentioned above) will be eligible for 1 (one) entry (within the month) in this contest. 8. Each entry for the respective month will not be used for the next month. 9. At the end of the 3 months contest period the selected 6 monthly winners will then stand a chance to win be the Grand Prize Winner, 10. Each Contestant is entitled to win one (1) monthly prize. The two (2) prizes are only during the Contest Period. QUALIFYING DATES 11. Monthly entries 1 st March 2019 until 31 st March st April 2019 until 30 th April st May 2019 until 31 st May Note: All entries must be submitted within the contest month. PRIZES: 12. 3 19. GRAND PRIZE: i. Trip for 2 to Bali (4 days 3 nights) flight and accommodation. ii. Accommodation at Movenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali iii. Type of Accommodation: Classic Poolview Deluxe Room iv. Return Economy Flight & Airport transfer pick up Note: All entries must be submitted within the contest month. TERMS & CONDITIONS 20. The customer will be automatically eligible for ONE [1] entry in this contest for every purchase of RM50 and above, up to RM250, in a single receipt for each Contactless Payment in any Tesco Stores/Express Stores using a Mastercard Credit, Debit or Prepaid Contactless Card alongside (within the contest month): i. Spend RM50 in a single receipt at Tesco with Mastercard ii. Please keep your credit/debit/prepaid card Tesco payment receipt for verification purpose upon winning. iii. Express your #TescoPricelessMoments by taking a photo creatively iv. Upload your creative photo onto Instagram with #TescoPricelessMoments. v. Set Instagram profile to PUBLIC vi. 2 Winners per month for 3 months, and 1 Grand Prize winner will be chosen from the monthly winners at end of the contest period. vii. Winners selection will be jointly conducted by both Tesco and Mastercard and results of the contest will be announced by the following month. 22. The winners will be notified via Tesco Malaysia Facebook page/instagram. Winners will have to respond at least once within 72 hours before a replacement is chosen. Tesco will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reason. 23. Each Contestant is entitled to win ONE [1] time only during each Monthly Contest Period. 24. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable. 25. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, the winner did not respond to the notification, within the stipulated time period, the Prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will neither reimburse or compensate nor give any extension of time to the winner. 26. All Prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items, in part or in full. 27. The Prizes are as shown in the Prizes clause (please refer to prize list in PRIZES for each contest period).

The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any issues and/or damage thereto or arising there from. 29. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest are the sole responsibility of the winner. 30. In the event of the Organiser is required to post/courier a Prize to a winner, the Organiser will not be held liable of non-receipt of Prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS: 31. By participating in this Contest, the contestant agrees (i) to use of his/her name and/or photograph as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity; and/or (ii) to the disclosure of his/her particulars to any third party service providers and/or partners engaged by the Organiser for purposes of the Contest and/or any customer survey in understanding contestants' purchasing behaviour. 32. The Organiser s decision on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained. 33. By joining this Contest, you also acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT The participant (s) hereby consent and authorize the Organizer and the Sponsor to collect, use and disclose the personal details of the Participants(s) for the purpose of the administration of the respective Contest/Promotion/Offer/Campaign and to enable the Organizer and the Sponsor to contact the winners ( Purpose ). The participant(s) hereby further allow the Organizer and the Sponsor to disclose the Participant s personal details to all related third party agencies in connection with this Contest/Promotion/Offer/Campaign and not for any other purpose. 35. The Organizer and the Sponsor (including their respective affiliated and related companies) also reserve the absolute right to use the names and/or photographs of the Participant(s) for the purposes of advertising and publicity ( Publication ) for the Contest/Promotion/Offer/Campaign without prior notice. Participant(s) shall not be entitled to claim any ownership and/or other forms of compensation for such Publication. 38. Proof of submission of an Entry is not proof of receipt, and the Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines,

The Organizer and the Sponsor (including their respective affiliated and related companies) shall not be held responsibility and /or answerable to any damages, losses or whatsoever liabilities arise from the Publication including but not limited to the posting of the same in the Organizer and the Sponsors website and/or Facebook.
