3 the process & CREATIVE FLOW PHASE ONE c o l l a b o r a t e a n d e x p l o r e The magic begins with the initial step of meeting up. Let s get together and indulge in some creative brainstorming and discuss the vision of your project. What does your project need? Where do you see it going? Each client and project is unique, and asking these type of questions are vital to any successful project so, let s talk about your ideas and let s turn them from a mere concept into a tangible and visually appealing reality. The next step is to explore. Taking your ultimate project goal into consideration, let s investigate your idea to learn more about the logistics of it. How does your idea stand out and who will benefit from it the most? When we discover the answer, we can map out a simple, yet effective, design strategy that will not only meet your needs, but also meet the needs of your clientele. When everything is decided, a project proposal and estimate is drawn up and is presented to you. From there, you can decide how to move. PHASE TWO c r e a t e a n d e v o l v e Now that the project is clear and ideas are flowing, we can dive into the fun part: the creation of your brand! Using the information gathered in the exploration phase, concepts are formed and drawings are sketched. When everything is complete, a second meeting will be arranged to showcase the three best conceptual designs that best suit your vision. You get to choose which design you love the best and provide further feedback on how to make it even more spectacular. Once a concept has been approved and revised to your satisfaction, we can finalize the design. Each client will be provided with multiple formats of the design for both web and print to ensure the design is consistent on all mediums you ll even receive a neat little master brand guidebook that shows you how to effectively use the design in a consistent manner. PHASE THREE d e l i v e r a n d s u p p o r t The finalized design will be assessed and tested in all print and web formats to make sure everything is intact and running smoothly. All files are prepped to production specifications, including spelling and grammar, and once the green light is given, all files will be released! Though the design has been finalized and multiple formats have been produced, the process of this design project is not necessarily complete. If any errors or discrepancies were to arise, the situation would be handled quickly and accordingly. Digital fileas are updated regularly and should you need to access any of these files, you could find them in a Google Drive file created especially for you.

No worries! Contact me for a custom add-on to your package. IMPORTANT WEBSITE INFORMATION Domains and Hosting: Your domain name(s) and hosting services must be purchased be you, the client. Graff [Creative Design Studio] is not responsible for any downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issues that may occur after the launch of your website. I highly recommend registering your domain(s) and maintaining your hosting through www. bluehost.com. If you have domain(s) and hosting elsewhere and would like to migrate them to Bluehost, this is something I can assist with, You must be able to provide me with FTP access and domain/hosting credentials in order to make necessary changes if needed. Website Maintenance Plan: The website packages offered do not include any future support or maintenance of the website or the Wordpress CMS framework, post-launch. Keeping your website and its framework up-todate is highly recommended for proper security and functionality. Not keeping your website up-to-date can cause compatibility issues and other security related issues. To avoid this, I offer my clients the opportunity to purchase a yearly support plan for $500/year or $50/month. Site Content: Please provide all worksheets, page content and images prior to the site design. This will help me develop a better sense of what you envision for your website, and help me understand your specific website needs. This will help streamline my work for better and faster results. All content will be uploaded by you to our Trello workspace or a designated Google Drive folder. You are responsible for providing text content that has been proofread and spell checked, and images provided must be high resolution. Any delays in submission, or revisions of content on my end, may delay the project and, in some cases, result in additional charges. Site Photography: All photography used for your website should be uploaded to Trello or our Google Drive folder before I begin the site design. Of course, I always recommend working with a professional photographer for your images as it will be custom and unique to you and your business, however, stock photography is another viable option. I reserve the right to populate your website with stock photography if necessary, and will invoice accordingly. Stock photography is not included in any of my packages. Development Process: All websites are built using a sub-domain of your main domain and hosted through your hosting provider, and will contain an Under Development landing page to protect its identity until launch. Once you the new website is approved, the website will go live and take place of the old site. There will be a 48 hour grace time following launch, should any issues arise, I will deal with them in a timely matter. Following the 48 hour grace period, any further changes to the structure of the site or the look of the design will be billed separately. Any further maintenance will be billed at my hourly rate, however you do have the recommended option of purchasing a maintenance plan.

11 AVAILABILITIES + TIMELINES AVAILABILITY Each month I have the availability for 1 branding or web project, and 1 full branding + website project. I accept a limited number of clients per month in order to provide a high level of attention and exceptional quality to each of my projects and clients. Any additional revision hours outside of the project scope are billed at my hourly rate of $70. I kindly ask my clients to remain timely with their feedback and deliverables (such as questionnaires, worksheets, website content and images) in order to stay within the set project timelines, Delays may result in elongating the project timeline and may face additional charges. Invoices are sent out by at the beginning of each phase and are due upon receipt. Payments can be made by all major credit cards, debit, and interac etransfer. Etransfers can be made out to hello@alanagraff.com. BOOKING PROCESS So you ve decided you want to inquire about working together? That s great! I will point you to a form on my website for you to fill out so that I can learn a little more about you and your business. I will then reach out to you to schedule a brand consultation call, in person meeting or virtual meeting to dive into the finer details. From there, if we agree to move forward in working together (yay!), I will send you a formal contract for you to sign, along with the first phase invoice to initiate the start of the project.
