While this is nt a legally binding cntract, the Planning Dcument shuld represent the expectatins f the anticipated service trip clearly and hnestly. It shuld establish a time line and prcess where the student rganizatin's capacity meets the external rganizatin's expectatins, and where cntinuus cmmunicatin fsters transparency.
