4 ENSA ADVICE BOOKLET Delivered straight to student bedrooms, this publication informs students about ENSA s professional advice service and the support it can offer to students around topics such as funding, money management, employment, accommodation, security, education and health. 5 FRESHERS FAIR 2018 ENSA s biggest Freshers Week event, and probably the biggest student fair in Scotland. Attended by students across all years of study. Free entry and a free door-to-door bus service ensures that the Fair is always well attended with students keen to check out all the stalls, offers and activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get in front of students and promote your brand face-to-face. SINGLE STALL Standard stall with an area of approximately 6 x Event details: Held at Edinburgh Corn Exchange, 10 New Market Road, EH14 1RJ. DOUBLE STALL Double your stall space with an area of approximately 12 x Thursday 13 September 2018, 10am-4pm (open to set-up from 8am). Expected attendance of PREMIUM STALL Single stall space in a prominent location in the venue. MUSIC STALL Very limited. Strict 80db sound limit. Double stall space. CHARITY STALL Special discounted rate for registered charity organisations Additional information: Stall-holders will be provided with one 6 x 2 6 table and two chairs (or two tables and four chairs for a Double Stall). 7 TEAM NAPIER BALL 2019 The Team Napier Awards Ball is one of the highlights of the year for anyone associated with our sports clubs and student societies. Attended by over 700 guests and VIPs, this glittering event, held at Edinburgh Corn Exchange in March, is a fantastic opportunity to reach out to students in a memorable, high profile setting. Alongside promotion during the event, our event sponsors will also reach the wider student community in the weeks leading up to the event through digital channels, social media and on-campus publicity. 10 TERMS & CONDITIONS FRESHERS HANDBOOK & ENSA ADVICE BOOKLET ADVERTS Artwork and full payment must be sent by the deadline of Friday 3 August Please contact c.reid@napier.ac.uk for artwork specifications. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure placement. Fees are non-refundable if you miss the deadline. ENSA reserves the right to refuse to print ads for any reason. Where it does so, any remittance already submitted will be refunded. Adverts for events/clubnights that clash with any ENSA events will not be accepted. Please check prior to booking. FRESHERS FAIR STALLS Full payment is required by no later than Friday 31 August You will not be allowed entry to the venue unless full payment has been received. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your booking. If you cancel your stall booking before the 5 September 2018 you will receive a refund of fee paid (minus 50% deposit). Cancellations after 5 September 2018 are nonrefundable. ENSA reserves the right, for whatever reason, to refuse stalls. Where it does so any remittance already submitted will be refunded. Stall-holders will have access to the venue from 8am on the day of the event. You will be provided with one 6 x 2 6 table and two chairs (or two tables and four chairs for a Double/Music Stall). All stalls will be provided with backboards and will have access to electricity (included in price). You are welcome to bring your own display backboards provided they fit in your allocated area. Car parking is available at the back of the Corn Exchange which will be allocated on a first arrival basis, but wherever possible it would be helpful if stall holders could use the parking to drop off and pick up. There is additional free on-street parking in the surrounding streets. Stallholders will also be required to provide a written risk assessment relating to their stall/ associated activities. A template will be sent out for stallholders to complete prior to the event. WEBSITE ADVERTISING Contact to check if an advertising slot is available for your desired dates prior to booking. We can only accept images in JPG, GIF or PNG format, with dimensions of 360(w) x 300(h) pixels, no larger than 200kb in size. For multiple-week bookings, you will be permitted to change your artwork once a week if desired. ENSA reserves the right, for whatever reason, to refuse to display adverts. Where it does so any remittance already submitted will be refunded. TEAM NAPIER BALL SPONSORSHIP Full payment is required by no later than Friday 18 January You should also send a high quality (ideally vector) version of your logo with a transparent background by this date so it can be included on all event publicity. The artwork for your website advertisement will be required by mid-february for Platinum and Gold packages, or the start of March for Silver. Check nearer the time for exact dates. You will NOT be permitted to distribute any alcohol. You will NOT be allowed to play music unless you book one of the designated Music Stalls. A strict 80db sound limit will be enforced. Bookings must be paid in full before your advert is scheduled to go live. Your advert will not be shown on the website until payment has been received.
