1 TEAM ADESSE XXVIII Twenty-eight years ago, the first $ Adesse ticket was sold in order to meet a critical demand for financial solvency. Under the leadership of Fr. Eric Barr (now Msgr. Barr) and Mrs. Cathy Finch, Adesse tickets were sold to friends, families and alumni of the Catholic Schools. As a result of tremendous participation by many people, a financial crisis was averted, and since then, Adesse has become part of our Aquin tradition. Today, Team Adesse is a Major Team of the SOS League of Aquin Schools. Participation in Team Adesse fulfills one of the four Major Team requirements. Participation of a family includes any member of the household being a captain of a class team, assisting a captain of a class team, selling tickets or buying tickets. Proceeds from Team Adesse fund the education & technology departments of Aquin Schools. Meeting the $0,000 goal ensures a balanced budget for the 0- school year. We are currently $0,000 behind our budgeted goal for 0-. Five years ago, when we started 'Team Adesse' (the sales competition between classes) we nearly exceeded our $0,000 goal. Today, with all new incentives and strategies, we can pass that goal!

If goals are not met, the Communications Office will add teams to the league to make up for the shortfall.

4 WE ARE ALL MEMBERS OF THE AQUIN TEAM! CLASS TEAMS Each Aquin Schools class (Pre-school through th) constitutes one team. Each class needs a PARENT CAPTAIN to step forward by nd and lead their team to victory. Captains will coordinate sales tactics and will be provided with info packets for generating top sales for their team. Each team member will receive tickets in their brown envelope, through the school offices or Team Captains. Teams may sell after Masses in the, Lena and Shannon Catholic Parishes during the times assigned on the attached sheet. Contact your Team Captain or the Communications Office if you are able to fill any of your Team's assignments. captains Captains will be given additional tickets when requested and should contact the Communications Office when more are needed. Prizes will also be awarded per team based on Highest Sales Percentage per team. And the prizes are... st Early Team Prize... Team Scarves Awarded to the Team with the highest sale percentage on. Winning class captain can attend 'Snow Day' with winning class Team! Class will come to school but have a day of fun in the snow, learning about the snow and who knows what else! The 'Snow Day' will be held when 'Mother Nature' cooperates, hopefully in February.

5 More sales incentives! Discounted ticket prices Adesse tickets have always been $. Suggestions have been made to reduce the price. So... we are--but only for a limited time! To kick-off sales and encourage everyone to purchase early and often, all tickets sold by, will be just $0 a $ savings! Of course, if your buyers want to pay full price, we will gladly accept the full donation amount of $. Sell ---get free! We will be tracking all ticket sales and when we have tickets sold in your name (or your family's name) we will put an Adesse ticket in the barrel in your name. We'll send the ticket stub home as proof (not that you wouldn't trust us). alumni class lists The first year that we started Adesse team sales, we encouraged students to write letters to our alumni asking them to purchase tickets. Many alumni bought the tickets as they were more than willing to help out their alma mater. If you are interested in sending letters as a class or as an individual, just contact the communications office. We'll get a list to you asap. If you have a specific class in mind, we can do that, too as long as someone else hasn't gotten that list first better hurry! One reason adesse is still so popular is that everyone who participates is a winner!. By purchasing an Adesse ticket, the owner has the satisfaction of knowing that he or she is an active partner in educating the present and future generations of Aquin Bulldogs..
