4 INTRODUCTION What is Trumer Cash Vouchers (TCV)? TCV is Cash in your Mobile App that you can use anywhere. It comes in your desired denominations, be it RM12.50 or RM It is a feature that allows you to use your TRM to get cash vouchers. TCV can be redeemed at any Trumer Merchants Outlets.

5 How to Redeem TCV Using your TRM, determine the amount of TCV you would like to get. The denomination is entirely up to you. To do so, follow these simple steps: Launch your TrumerX App Click Buy Now Vouchers Trumer Cash Vouchers You are now able to use your TCV at any Trumer Merchants Outlets.

6 How Can I Use my TCV Your TCV is stored in My Vouchers in the App or your web, therefore can be redeemed via the app or the web. The Merchant will scan your TCV QR Code or Bar Code. To do so, follow these steps: 1. Present your TCV QR code to the merchant when making payment. 2. Merchant will scan the QR code to complete payment. 3. Should there be any remaining payment, you may complete it via Trumer Pay or cash.

7 Where Can I Use my TCV You can use your TCV at any Trumer Merchants Outlets. Just find stores that have the Trumer Logo in their outlets Alternatively, you can find Trumer Merchants on TrumerX

8 Can I Use My TCV in Other Outlets? Yes. In order to do so, the store must first be registered with Trumer. Once the respective store has been registered with Trumer, they will immediately be able to accept your TCV. To start accepting Trumer Cash Vouchers, stores must first activate their accounts and update their bank details.

9 Is There Any Limit On Purchase of TCV Yes. Members have a monthly quota of RM 200. This quota will be renewed on the first day of every month, or upon the redemption of the TCV by any newly registered Merchant by the member on the date of registration of the merchant

10 Why Do The Merchants Need to Activate Their Accounts and Update Their Bank Details 1. Activation of accounts and updating bank details are compulsory, so that the members can complete transactions and transfer of funds can be done within 48 working hours of transaction. 2. Members can offer to collect their purchases after 48 hours of completing a transaction. By then, the merchant would have received full purchase payment in their account.

11 Why Should I Get My Regular Merchants to Join Trumer 1. Your regular merchant is located in your vicinity. Therefore you can use your TCV and the TRM that you have. Your next use of the TCV and TRM is considered a formality with the respective merchant. There are no charges imposed by Trumer on merchants that accept TCV. 2. When merchants join Trumer and have redeemed your TCV, you will be rewarded with TRM 200. The TRM 200 will be credited into your account within 48 working hours.

12 Purchasing of TCV by Members Step 1: Click BUY NOW and you will be redirected to the Main Categories list Step 2: Under Main Categories, select the Vouchers category Step 3: Click on Trumer Cash Vouchers to purchase the voucher

18 Process of Accepting Trumer Cash Vouchers for Merchants Step 1: Once Trumer Member shows the TCV QR code, merchant has to tap on the Additional Settings option Step 2: Tap on the Redeem Vouchers option to redeem the TCV The TCV QR code from member s phone

19 Process of Accepting Trumer Cash Vouchers for Merchants Step 3: Choose voucher redemption method, either ENTER CODE or SCAN BARCODE Step 4: To use the Scan Barcode method, merchants are required to use the QR code scanner to scan the voucher s QR code Step 5: For the Enter Code method, merchants are required to key in the Voucher number.

20 Process of Accepting Trumer Cash Vouchers for Merchants Step 6: Tick the box and click NEXT to proceed with the redemption. Step 7: Click DONE after successfully accepting the TCV EXTRA: If the member has redeemed the TCV before, No Vouchers will be shown when merchants tap the NEXT button

22 Benefits of TCV Members Members can utilize their TRM to redeem TCV to purchase their needs/ wants at Trumer Merchants, Thus saving their Cash. Members will have flexibility in purchasing the TCV amount. For example, members can buy a TCV value of RM for TRM 75.
