1 INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPENSATION PLAN QUICK START GUIDE For use in Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia and the United Kingdom.

2 GETTING STARTED The WorldVenturesTM Compensation Plan is designed to reward Representatives for selling WorldVentures products and building teams of other Representatives who do the same. This booklet will give you a brief introduction to our Compensation Plan. To gain a full understanding of the levels of compensation and rank achievement, review the details in your back office so you know when and how you ll be paid. SET UP YOUR PAYMENT PORTAL! Without it, WorldVentures cannot compensate you for your sales. It s quick and easy. 1 UNDERSTANDING YOUR ORGANISATIONS There are two organisational structures within our Compensation Plan: lineage and binary. The people you introduce to the product or opportunity will fall into one or both of these organisations. LINEAGE BINARY Your lineage organisation consists of the Representatives and customers you personally introduced and those they personally introduced. This organisation is built in twos and consists of Representatives. The structure has a left and right side, and you may be related only to one Representative on each side. Customers are not included in the binary structure; however, their purchases of product may be used for qualification purposes with the binary. Username: WorldVentures ID Password: WorldVentures back office password 2 3 RIGHT SALES CREDITS Representatives accumulate Sales Credits based on the initial product purchase each customer makes.1 These credits accumulate throughout the pay period as new sales are completed and payment is confirmed. Verify and complete your information. 4 5 Check your for a message from i-payout confirming your account. MAKE ONE CUSTOMER SALE: DIRECT COMMISSION You will receive a Direct Commission each time one of your new customers makes a first-time DreamTrips Platinum purchase. Your card should arrive in 7-10 business days. DREAMTRIPS PRODUCT DIRECT COMMISSION Platinum Membership US$50 Sales Credits may be adjusted based on actual purchase price paid by customer. Please refer to the Products and Commissions Chart in your back office for details of the products, pricing, Sales Credits, commissions and volume for each category of commission and bonus. 1

3 MONTHLY & WEEKLY SALES BONUSES MAKE THREE CUSTOMER SALES: PERSONAL SALES BONUSES When you personally sponsor three new customers within a rolling 28-day period or less, you will earn a Personal Sales Bonus of US$100. You will be rewarded at an even higher level when you sponsor more than one set of three new customers within the same rolling 28-day period. Commission payout rates vary by the type of membership level sold. Refer to the Products and Commissions Chart in your back office for more details. You will earn a bonus every time three new customers purchase a WorldVentures product. There is no limit to the number of bonuses you can earn per month or per week. Even better, every customer purchase counts towards bonus-earning potential for four weeks. LIFESTYLE BONUS2 MAKE FOUR CUSTOMER SALES (Tier 1) When you personally sponsor four Active DreamTrips Members and generate at least US$1,600 in Lineage Sales Volume in a calendar month, you will receive a Lifestyle Bonus of US$200 per month, as long as the Active customers and Lineage Sales Volume requirements are met each calendar month. MAKE FIVE CUSTOMER SALES (Tier 2) When you maintain five personally-sponsored Active DreamTrips Members and generate at least US$3,200 in Lineage Sales Volume in a calendar month, you will receive a Lifestyle Bonus of US$300. MAKE SIX CUSTOMER SALES (Tier 3) When you maintain six Active DreamTrips Members and generate at least US$5,400 in Lineage Sales Volume in a calendar month, you will receive a bonus of 8 percent of your Lineage Sales Volume, up to US$900 a month. You can accomplish this by helping as few as four people in your organisation qualify for their wings. The lineage sales volume requirement is US$1,600 with a minimum of four personal customer sales to qualify at Tier 1 with no more than US$400 in volume from a single line of lineage. The lineage sales volume requirement is US$3,200 with a minimum of five personal customer sales to qualify at Tier 2, or US$5,400 with a minimum of six personal customer sales to qualify at Tier 3. Qualifying volume can be earned with monthly fees and new memberships with initial fees. All requisites must be met before you can earn a qualifying bonus per month. Restrictions and limitation apply. For more information on the WorldVentures Lifestyle Bonus please see the detailed Compensation Plan at 2 WEEKLY CYCLE BONUSES Once you have achieved Qualified Representative by personally sponsoring four active customers, you ll be eligible to earn weekly cycle bonuses. Each pay period, product sales generate sales credits that count towards your weekly team cycle count. For every three sales credits your team generates on the left side of your binary that match with three sales credits no the right side, a cycle is generated, resulting in a weekly bonus of US$100. For every sixth cycle you earn, you ll receive 100 TravelDollars in lieu of the US$100 Cycle Bonus. TravelDollars can be used to cover some or all of your travel expenses. LEFT x3 CREDITS + RIGHT = x3 CREDITS CYCLE BONUS

4 UNDERSTANDING THE PROMOTIONAL LEVELS For complete information on compensation, ranks and more, visit the Detailed Compensation Plan and the Products and Commissions To increase your earning potential with WorldVentures, you ll need to advance through the promotional levels, or ranks. Get to know the first three, so you can move up faster! ER ENROLLED QUALIFIED Support > Documents. This is the entry-level rank. You have enrolled but have not yet paid your Representative Business System (RBS) fee. This means that you are not an Active Representative yet. You are eligible to earn Direct Commissions and Personal Sales Bonuses, although you cannot accumulate Sales Credits. You have activated your RBS at this rank, although you have not met any other requirements for advancement. You are eligible to earn Direct Commissions and Personal Sales Bonuses and to accumulate Sales Credits. Until you become a Qualified Representative, Sales Volume will expire after one month from the date and time of sale. QR Chart in the back office under AR ACTIVE As a Qualified Representative, you have made four product sales and your customers are Active. You are eligible to earn Direct Commissions, the Lifestyle Bonus, Personal Sales Bonuses, Weekly Cycle Bonuses and TravelDollars. You must keep four Active customers to maintain this rank.
