A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 2. INTRODUCTION: TEN: The Enthusiast Network Magazines, LLC (owner and publisher of Hot Rod Magazine), ( Sponsor ) is offering the 2016 Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour Event Chevrolet Performance Product Certificate Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ). 3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older as of 6/11/16 and who possess a valid driver s license. Employees of the Sponsor, FM3 Performance Marketing, sponsors and exhibitors of the 2016 Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, dealers and agents, and the foregoing employees household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. 4. TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. CDT on 6/11/16 and ends at 4 p.m. CDT on 6/17/16 (the Sweepstakes Period ). 5. HOW TO ENTER: Individuals may enter this Sweepstakes by visiting the website and filling out the required entry information with name, address, date of birth and address (Sponsor will also make tablets available for entry at the 2016 Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour). Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries are not permitted. More than one entry from any person will void all entries from that person or address. Sponsor reserves the right to ask optional questions on entry form; completion of these questions is not required to enter the Sweepstakes. 6. GRAND PRIZES: Two (2) grand prize winners will each be awarded a Chevrolet Performance $5, Product Certificate ($5, retail value). Potential Grand-prize winner must select a General Motors dealer and provide dealer name and address in order to redeem product certificate (dealer selection cannot be changed at a later date). 7. FIRST PRIZES: Four (4) first prize winners will each be awarded a Chevrolet Performance $2, Product Certificate ($2, retail value). Potential Firstprize winner must select a General Motors dealer and provide dealer name and address in order to redeem product certificate (dealer selection cannot be changed at a later date). 8. PRIZES, GENERAL: The total A.R.V. of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $20, Limit one prize per person. Each prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that a prize or part thereof cannot be awarded for any reason; in such event, Sponsor will in its sole discretion award a substitute prize or part thereof of equal or greater value. Subject to the conditions herein, all prizes will be awarded. Each winner is solely responsible for the following in relation to a Sweepstakes prize awarded to him her: a) any and all applicable taxes (including but not limited to the following taxes: federal, state, local taxes and sales tax); b) any and all applicable fees and expenses that are not specifically set forth herein as

3 included with a Sweepstakes prize and are related to the acceptance, award, installation, use and enjoyment of a Sweepstakes prize (including but not limited to the winner s sole responsibility where applicable for: installation [including any required vehicle/engine modifications and/or required additional parts/components], emissions inspection(s), vehicle registration, vehicle license, vehicle title, insurance, gas, maintenance, service fees, usage fees, personal expenses, meals and incidentals). Except for any applicable standard manufacturer written warranty statement that may be provided with a prize, Sponsor is awarding each Sweepstakes prize on an AS-IS basis without warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, usability by a winner, or where applicable legality for use in a winner s state or compliance with emissions regulations. A winner may be required to present a valid driver s license and satisfactory proof of insurance prior to a prize award. 9. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about 5 p.m. CDT on 6/17/16 at the last HRPT event in Kansas City, KS, winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The above-mentioned random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. A participant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 10. NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be announced on 6/17/16 at about 6:30 p.m. CDT at the HRPT main stage near Kansas City, Kansas. A potential winner s presence at said winner announcement is NOT required to win. Potential winners will be notified (the "Notification") by , mail or courier (or other method at the discretion of Sponsor) within approximately twenty (20) days after the abovementioned random drawing. Within twenty (20) days of the send date, postmark or shipment date of the Notification, a potential winner must correctly complete, execute and return as directed an Affidavit, Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement, including where lawful a Publicity Release. Where lawful, all information requested of a potential winner by Sponsor must be accurately and legibly provided. Please note that additional documents may be required at the discretion of Sponsor. Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph (or the return of a Sweepstakes prize or Sweepstakes prize notification as non-deliverable) may result in disqualification and in the forfeiture of any right to a Sweepstakes prize, in which case such prize will be awarded to an alternate by random drawing. 11. RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner agrees to defend, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, FM3 Performance Marketing, sponsors and exhibitors of the HRPT (and where applicable any supplier of a service or product included with a Sweepstakes prize) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the foregoing companies officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, representatives, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the Releasees ) from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind (including any for the violation or infringement of any proprietary or personal right of any individual or entity, and any personal injury, death and/or property damage)

4 resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of a Sweepstakes prize, and/or participation in a Sweepstakes prize-related activity. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, a participant/winner consents to and gives the Sponsor and its representatives, licensees, assignees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the Licensees ): a) The right to photograph/video a winner and a winner s property (including an awarded Sweepstakes prize); and b) The right in perpetuity to use, reuse, publish and display a participant s/winner s name, address, entry form information, statements, quotes, opinions, blog(s), picture, portrait, likeness, voice, video, photograph(s), biographical information, prize information, and winner-submitted photograph(s)/video/text (in whole or in part, as may be adapted, edited or modified, as solely determined by Licensees) for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification or approval, all without limitation or additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. 12. MISCELLANEOUS: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.
