The earning period begins on the first day of the month of the new quarter. Below is a chart of all STYLEfix quarterly earning periods and which line launch you earn towards March & April Summer Sampling Timing NOTE - for our 2017 Summer Launch, we are opening Leader Sampling (Star Stylists+) on 22/3 and All Stylist Sampling on 28/3. To ensure you are able to shop with your STYLEfix pass when sampling opens, be sure to earn it by these dates and we will get your pass to you in time for sampling! Sunday 19/3 - Leaders, note this is the last day to earn your Stylefix Pass in time for Leader Sampling! Receive your pass in time to sample on 22/3. Please note this has been updated and is now the final date to which you can earn your Stylefix Pass in time for Leader Sampling. Sunday 26/3 - last day to earn your STYLEfix Pass in time for All Stylist Sampling! Receive your pass on 28/3 for All Stylist Sampling. Leaders - if you qualify for a higher pass after 19/3, you will also receive an upgraded pass or additional store credit topped up to your account if you have already used a lower pass. Friday 31/3- final day to earn your STYLEfix Pass for the quarter! Receive your pass on 4/4. If you qualify for a higher pass than what you received on 28/3, note that you will receive on 4/4 an upgraded pass, or additional store credit topped up to your account if you have already used a lower pass. Tuesday 4/4 Please note that if you decide to use your first pass prior to this date, there will be no adjustment on shipping fees or previous orders. 4

What can I purchase with my STYLEfix Pass? Anything you like! You can use your STYLEfix Pass to buy any of the new or existing products available during sampling at the full retail price (except Covet by Stella & Dot items, and specific items noted as excluded from Sampling, listed as out of stock, or on sale). Can I qualify for multiple STYLEfix Passes? No, the passes do not stack on top of each other. As you sell more, you unlock a greater value STYLEfix Pass, but you will only be able to purchase your highest achieved STYLEfix Pass. How long do I have to use my STYLEfix Pass at sampling? The STYLEfix Pass can only be purchased and used during the Stylist sampling period (typically 2 weeks). The sample period dates are outlined for each line launch, you will also receive a reminder for you to use your STYLEfix Pass before the sampling period ends so you don t miss out! How can I track my progress towards earning the STYLEfix Pass? You can track your progress in "My Monthly Rewards" tracker. Your sales will show in the report and unlock the pass for purchase during sampling! Additionally, you can always track your Quarterly PQV (for yourself or your team) in the Excel Export of your Team Coaching report - just scroll towards the end and look for Quarterly Sales. Which sales count towards earning my STYLEfix Pass? Trunk Show orders Orders from your PWS Personal purchases PRV from the items in a Hostess Order that do not have hostess rewards applied Please note, Corporate Referral Orders carry a reduced amount of PQV, so be sure to pay attention to your PQV, not retail! Which sales do not count towards earning my STYLEfix Pass? Items in a Hostess Order that have hostess rewards applied Items purchased with Store Credit Other orders where you don t earn PQV you can view this in your Business Dashboard in the MTD Payout per Order section Do I have to achieve the Pay Rank of Star Stylist in addition to hitting PQV to unlock my second 450 for 89/ 500 for 99 STYLEfix Pass? 5

5 Yes! You must hit Star Stylist pay rank at least once in the quarter in order to receive your second 450 for 89/ 500 for 99 pass. Redeem FAQS How will I redeem my STYLEfix Pass? Each STYLEfix Pass is redeemed a bit differently - please refer to the below details for the Pass you earned! The 225/ 250 STYLEfix Pass At the start of the sampling period you will receive an to begin sampling at 50% off as well as the option to purchase your pass. When you click the option to purchase your Pass, you will be sent to the Stylist Lounge where you MUST ADD THE PASS TO YOUR CART, as though it s an item you re purchasing. Be sure to add over 225/ 250 in product to your cart to take full advantage of this pass! When you are at the step to review your order in your shopping bag, you will see 225/ 250 discounted from your order total and a charge of 89/ 99. Note - you will only be able to add this STYLEfix Pass to your cart one time! We are unable to make any adjustments to your StyleFix order if you did not manage to take full advantage of this pass. The 450/ 500 STYLEfix Pass During a sampling period, when you are at the step to review your order in your shopping bag, you will see an option to use your STYLEfix Pass. This option will only appear if you have earned the STYLEfix Pass for that sampling period. If you would like to use your STYLEfix Pass in that order, click "Apply Discount". Once you click "Apply Discount" you will see 450/ 500 discounted from your order total, and a charge of 89/ 99. Be sure to add at least 450/ 500 in product to your cart in order to take full advantage of your discount. The 2nd 450/ 500 STYLEfix Pass During a sampling period, when you are at the step to review your order in your shopping bag, you will see an option to use a 450 for 89/ 500 for 99 STYLEfix Pass. This option will only appear if you have earned the STYLEfix Pass for that sampling period. If you would like to use your STYLEfix Pass in that order, click "Apply Discount". Once you click "Apply Discount" you will see 450/ 500 discounted from your order total, and a charge of 89/ 99. The remaining 450/ 500 will be given to you via a Discount Code before the beginning of the sampling period. You will receive an before the sampling period with a unique one-time code which discount the 450/ 500 to 89/ 99. More Details (UK Version): o Add 900 in product to your bag. o The 1st Stylefix Pass (450 FOR 89) will automatically apply, reducing your subtotal by

Then use your discount code which further reduces your total to 99 + the 99 charge for the 1000 Stylefix Pass for a total of 198! How long do I have to use my STYLEfix Pass? You must use your STYLEfix Pass during the sample period. It will not be available after the sample period closes and it does not roll over to a future sample period. You must earn a new Pass for each quarterly sample period. Can I redeem a STYLEfix Pass on a Capsule collection? No, STYLEfix Passes can only be earned for and redeemed on the primary Quarterly line launches. If I don t use the full Pass amount on my sample order, will I be able to use it later? No. The STYLEfix Pass can only be used once, even if you do not take advantage of the entire value. Once you click "Apply Discount" or see the Pass in cart and continue through checkout, you will not be able to use the STYLEfix Pass or remaining credit again during that sampling period. Do I have to use my STYLEfix Pass right away? No. You may choose when and what order you would like to use your STYLEfix Pass on as long as it is during the Stylist sampling period. How does the STYLEfix Pass apply across my order total? Your STYLEfix Pass will apply proportionately across all items in the order, just like product credit. Can you give me an example of what my order will look like when I use my STYLEfix Pass? (UK Version) Of course! This example is for a Stylist who earns the 450 STYLEfix Pass: Your Sample Order subtotal is 1,000 Subtract 450 for your STYLEfix pass ( 1, = 550) Subtract the Pass cost and any other item that your Stylist discount and Pass cannot be applied to ( = 461) Your 50% off Sampling discount will apply to the 461, now your order total is Add 89 (for the 450 for 89 Pass) and any other full priced items not covered by your Stylist Discount Your total is now ! 7

7 Can you give me an example of what my order will look like when I use my STYLEfix Pass? (IE Version) Of course! This example is for a Stylist who earns the 500 STYLEfix Pass: Your Sample Order subtotal is 1,077 Subtract 500 for your STYLEfix pass ( 1, = 577) Subtract the Pass cost and any other item that your Stylist discount and Pass cannot be applied to ( = 478) Your 50% off Sampling discount will apply to the 478, now your order total is 239 Add 99 (for the 500 for 99 Pass) and any other full priced items not covered by your Stylist Discount Your total is now 338! Can I use my STYLEfix Pass and Product Credits together in the same order? Yes, you most certainly can! All discounts (including Product Credits) will apply evenly across all items in the order, not to individual items. Product Credits will subtract from the total value of your order first, so if you plan to use both Product Credits and your 450/ 500 STYLEfix Pass in the same order, be sure there is at least 450/ 500 worth of product after your Product Credits. Then, your 450/ 500 STYLEfix Pass will take an additional 450/ 500 from the subtotal and add 89/ 99! Example UK: Let s say your sample order totals 1,200 retail and you want to apply 400 Product Credit, in addition to your 450 STYLEfix Pass: Your order will be totaled up at full retail price in the subtotal section in your bag First, Product Credits plus the VAT linked to this amount will be deducted from full retail subtotal ( (400*1.2) = 720 balance) Then, your 450 STYLEfix discount will be deducted from the remaining subtotal ( = 270 balance) Next, deduct the cost of your STYLEfix Pass and any other products not covered by your Stylist Discount = 181) Finally, your 50% Sample Discount will apply to the remaining subtotal 181/2 = balance) Your total out of pocket price is the above balance plus the 89 cost of STYLEfix Pass ( (VAT from PC) = paid for a 1,200 order). Example IE: Let s say your sample order totals 1,500 retail and you want to apply 600 Product Credit, in addition to your 500 STYLEfix Pass: Your order will be totaled up at full retail price in the subtotal section in your bag First, Product Credits plus the VAT linked to this amount will be deducted from full retail subtotal ( (600*1.23) = 762 balance) Then, your 500 STYLEfix discount will be deducted from the remaining subtotal ( = 262 balance) Next, deduct the cost of your STYLEfix Pass and any other products not covered by your Stylist Discount ( = 163) Finally, your 50% Sample Discount will apply to the remaining subtotal ( 163/2 = balance) Your total out of pocket price is the above balance plus the 99 cost of STYLEfix Pass ( (VAT from PC) + 99 = paid for a 1,500 order). 8

8 Return FAQS Can I return the STYLEfix Pass? No. The STYLEfix Pass cannot be returned. Can I return items purchased with my STYLEfix Pass? Yes, but we do not recommend it. If you return an item that was purchased with your Pass, you will not be refunded the full retail value of each item. You may process returns, per our Sample Return Policy in the Stylist Lounge. However, since the Style Fix discount is applied proportionately across all items in an order, you will only get refunded the out of pocket cost which is usually a very small fraction of the retail price. (just like discounted merchandise at a store). 9
