Discounted Room Rates Special discounted room rates of 189 (includes breakfast) are available when booking through the conference registration site. Free wireless access is availble in the guest rooms. Space is limited so early registration is encouraged. All rooms must be booked through the system by 4 May 2011 to guarantee the discounted rate. Hotel Accommodations Dining Breakfast is served in the Silk Road restaurant. For lunch and dinner you can enjoy a one of a kind East meets West menu. Weather permitting, the outdoor terrace will be opened, creating a relaxation area in the sun with breathtaking views over the river IJ. In-room dining is a great alternative if work does not allow you to join us in any of our lively outlets, as we offer an extensive 24-hour room service menu. Spa Resident guests have unlimited access to Cardio fitness equipment, traditional Finnish sauna, Bio sauna, shower landscape and relaxation area. Hotel Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. A one night rate will be applied to your credit card for reservations not cancelled prior to 72 hours of your scheduled arrival. Conference Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to 30 March 2011 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received between 30 March 2011 and 30 April 2011 will be refunded 50% of their pre-paid conference fee. Cancellations received after 30 April 2011 will not be eligible for any refunds. If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, Tableau Software will refund the registration fee within 90 days of cancelling the conference.
